The best thing is the location. Easy, short drives to beaches and shopping. Inconvenient with no wifi in units; no evening access to phone lines. Could be such a great resort with attention to some upgrading in units and customer service details. Not the Ritz, but still good spot.

I read the reviews before I left so I knew what I was getting into. I have been a timeshare owner for 27 years , stayed in condos world wide, this is the poorest quality I have stayed in. Being optimistic I thought it would be okay. But it was not. The things that bothered me most was the carpet... More

Stayed a week and this a great base for exploring Cape cod -easy access to ferries for Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, excellent bike network on the doorstep, resort has a good outdoor pool, apartments are large and roomy with BBQ in back yard area.

If you have lower expectations in life and love your allergies to get out of control, then this is the place to go. If you are healthy and want to get sick this is a great place for you. Stay away from this place is what I am conveying. The one good thing about this place is that you will... More

Unit wasn't clean when we arrived. The half bath was so small it wasn't usable. The floors, walls, doors, carpet all needed cleaning and maintenance. They obviously hadn't cleaned under the sofa, coffee table or TV table - the floor was thick with dust. The toaster was filthy and broken, mold in bathroom where the vent fan couldn't work due... First of all,it should not be called a resort. The place is old and filthy . There is no service provided. You have to clean the unit . You have to change the linen once a week and you have to carry it from the office. The beds are very uncomfortable. There is a very strong tobacco smell in the office.... More

Recently vacationed here, in the grand scheme of things its like renting a cottage from someone of a listing. Essentially you have the equivalent of a townhome that is clean, has room to breath with all amenities functioning properly, however, outdated and with less then desirable sleeping arrangements as far as comfort is concerned. The staff are kind but with... More
