We were visiting family on the cape and the spillovers got to stay here. The property really needs an overhaul. The room was quite large and relatively clean that was really the only real plus. The bathroom faucet leaked, the heater was rusted and needed painting along with the woodwork. The mirror needs replacing. The towels were adequate. The bed... More

We have stayed here twice in the fall as it is very convenient to family who live in Falmouth. The hotel is older and pretty outdated but we couldn't beat it for the price. It is very centrally located to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. It wouldn't be my first choice to stay but i wouldn't rule it out either.

Dated- like a time warp back to 1980. Which would be ok if they had kept up with even the most routine of maintenance or made any improvements since then, but alas... Dingy- Rusty, crusty, kind of nasty all around; That "yuck" just below the surface feel you get when you simply don't want to know. Decrepit- see "dated", above,... More

I have stayed at this Inn yrs back when they had entertainment in their lounge, which they don't have anymore. Also, they used to serve a rather large breakfast buffet, from bacon, eggs, sausages, u name it. It was great!! Now, your lucky to get a pancake or waffle, and you have to make it yourself, and hard boiled eggs... More

The hotel is very convenient, to stores, restaurants, and the ferry. but it is VERY DIRTY, would never stay there again , bathrooms was awfully dirty and the room was musty smelling, and outside door didn't even lock. I feel this place is way over price should not have been more then 40.00 bucks a night Cap Cod or Not.... More

Stayed at this incredibly nasty, nasty place with a senior tour group. Room was nice with a spiral staircase to a second bedroom which we did not need or use - thank goodness. At approximately midnight, there was a wiring fire in the basement. Fortunately it did not combust or spread. No one from our group heard the alarm which... More

Overall nice, but came to pool and they hold swimming lessons, kids everywhere, I like kids but this is too much, if you are coming because of indoor pool don't!!! Other than that is nice, short drive to center and shops, spent the day in Woods Hole beautiful, was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub which is at... More

We enjoyed our stay at this reasonably-priced motel. It was great to be able to bring our dog and stay so close to all the stores. It was not fancy or deluxe but it fit our needs. We did not use the swimming pools, but people were having fun in the pools when we were there.

Typical shore line hotel. Needs updating, but rooms are spacious and a great location if going to Martha's Vineyard. Close to shopping, easy to find. Average value for the area. Safe neighborhood. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice, but forget the ice makers. There were very few people staying at the hotel when were there yet none of the ice... More

The Inn was very old and in need of extensive renovations but the location was great and it had a beautiful outdoor pool and an indoor pool which was awesome for children. The room had two double beds and was very large but the bathroom was very small and needed some TLC. The shower pressure was poor and the water... More
