Myself and a friend came down to enjoy the Cape for a girls weekend. I found this motel on tripadvisor and read the reviews. When we arrived the light in the bathroom didn't work but the lady at the front desk came right out and fixed it. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Couldn't have asked for a better... More

We loved this conveniently located little motel, close to ocean, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Felt very retro 1950s but with free wifi and a large flat screen and DirecTV service. :) We needed a microwave for our popcorn, and they kindly allowed us to stink up the office for a bit while we used theirs. Very friendly staff,... More

Most affordable stay in Falmouth ($80 per night for Oct.). Great location for strolling into downtown Falmouth or taking the 10 minute walk to the beach. Bathroom was spotless. Nice flat screen television and wonderful friendly staff. We loved the old style Cape feel here, though vacationers looking for cookie cutter mega-style hotels probably wouldn't appreciate the 1953 art deco... More

This was a great find. Stayed here for two nights & tried to book an extra night as we liked it so much but it was fully booked. Giny & Teri are so friendly & welcoming & make you feel at home instantly. Plus any info we needed, they were more than happy to help. Loved our room - spotless... More

We recently spent the night at the Town and Beach Motel. We were down in Falmouth for a wedding and this place was reserved for us by the bride and groom. Check in time is after 2, but seeing our wedding was at 2 we had called in advance to see if we could get in early. The front desk... More

I am pretty picky with hotels as I have been traveling my whole life. I booked this room last minute and the woman was so kind over the phone which gave me a good feeling. I was nervous because I have never stayed in a "motel" before and did not know what to expect. We were SO pleasantly surprised. Walking... More

We stayed at the Motel this past weekend and were pleasantly surprised. Location, location, location! It cannot be beat. We literally parked the car and never had to use it again. The staff were friendly and available and even had fresh coffee each morning. The bed was comfortable and the room was sparkling clean. I would recommend you bring your... More

We stayed at Town and Beach for x4 nights and found it a great little place to stay. The Motel was cute and we found our room to be spotlessly clean and it seemed to have new bedding etc & I liked the beach style touches! Towels weren't great but it is a motel so we weren't expecting 5* luxury.... More

My family and I stayed here during our trip to Cape Cod and found this little gem to be brilliant value for money. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the linen was fresh and very good quality. You can't beat a clean fresh bed and this was one of the best. The staff were very friendly and attentive. This is... More

We stayed 2 nights and the room was comfortable and clean. There is nothing fancy about the rooms but the location can't be beat. Walking distance from the ocean, the shops and the ferry to the vineyard. The workers were very pleasant and accommodating.
