I just stayed at the Lightkeepers Inn last weekend and my boyfriend and I had a fantastic time. The Inn is very quaint and in a great location close to everything in Edgartown. Had a family room and kitchen, which I wasn't even expecting so there was plenty of room, more than 2 of us needed, but it was still... more

This was our first time to Martha's Vineyard, and we chose the Lightkeepers Inn based on other TA reviews. I was a bit apprehensive, at first, because of the construction across the street and being right on the Chappy ferry line. However, our stay was perfectly comfortable and enjoyable. Although check-in time is 3 pm, our room was ready when... more

We stayed in Rm. 5 of the Light Keeper's Inn during a vacation in June. The room was perfect. It had a nice size bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room with a dining alcove. It also had a large private deck with a table for eating out. We liked the fact that daily maid service, linens, and paper goods were... more

The place was nice but not worth the price considering the construction across the street. It was non stop noise and diesel fuel smell. They can keep it! more

Our stay was from June 8th to June 11th. We stayed in Suite 5, which featured a living/dining area, a full kitchen, bedroom, bath, and air conditioning. It was a rear facing room, with its own private balcony and entrance on the second floor. The unit was clean and generally comfortable, although if you are taller than 5 ft. 10... more

Stayed for 3 nights at the Inn. Accommodation adequate and very clean but quite small. We did not enjoy our stay because of building works being carried out on the opposite side of the narrow street, Simpson's Lane. Three houses are being erected directly opposite the Inn. We expect the work to last for several months. Builders worked non stop... more

Just spent 4th of July weekend (3 nights) with wife, 19 yo son, visiting out daughter working on the Vineyard. Had room #1 at the INn, facing Simpsons Lane. Room was great for our circumstances. 2 blocks from Chappy ferry (where our daughter is living and we wanted to go there a few times) and 3 blocks from Main st.... more

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Lightkeepers Inn, Edgartown, MV. We have been visiting MV for a combined 30 plus years. Our stay has been in homes we have either owned or rented. On occasion we have stayed in a guest house or hotel only to find that the accommodations were nice but very small.... more

We have stayed at The Lightkeeper’s Inn twice, most recently this past May. Both times we enjoyed their East Chop Light Suite (Suite 5). The pictures on their website are a good representation of the interior. It’s just plain charming. The suite is one of several that are part of an old house in the heart of Edgartown. That did... more

We stayed in the cottage and found it very usable - much more so than most kitchen-equipped rooms. It was clean, very well equipped and the management very helpful. The location in Edgartown was great (we visited Chappaquiddick which is right down the road and across the inlet via the ferry). Would definitely stay here again. more
