We made reservations on May 3 for the 29-31. When we got there on the 29th we were told the owner was getting us a key. She disappeared. We had an appt. in town so we left and called her later saying we would be in late. She promised to leave an envelope with our room number and the key... More

We called several times and sent emails to book this B & B in Edgartown. They had two rooms available but never returned calls or emails. We have been going to the Vineyard for 10 years. We have never been treated this way by a B & B property owner on the Vineyard or any where else.

Clean as can be. Comfortable rooms. Fine breakfast. Very accommodating innkeeper who goes out of her way to make your stay a wonderful experience. Easy walk to downtown, but away from the noise of the nightlife.

I made a reservation by phone for two nights and was told that my card would be charged the full amount of 427.83. I called back and cancelled the reservation 30 minutes later due to a schedule conflict I had overlooked. I was was charged 10% of the bill total for the cancellation and was refunded the remainder. I was... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet, well-managed, and immaculate inn which is within walking distance to town. Lorna's warm baked breads are the highlight of breakfast and the lovely garden seating in the back yard was the perfect spot to eat them!

This is our second time staying at this charming bed and breakfast. Warm and personal service from the innkeeper, Lorna. Breakfast was simple yet filling- warm bread always available! Ask about the rooms as various sizes are available. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a quiet getaway in an attractive and quaint atmosphere.

Nice location Average ambiance poor breakfast no coffee until 8:30 and long orientation on how to use the one cup coffee maker. Hot rooms,a fan would be nice. We love going to B&B's for the conversations and good breakfast. Hot strong coffee is a must! This could be a great place if the focus was the consumer and not the... More
