We have stayed on the Vineyard twice with our children. This was our first time off-season and we will definitely be back. This hotel is the perfect spot for discovering the island. The staff were warm and welcoming. They have a beautiful fireplace in the lobby with a checker board and armchairs. Our sons spent many happy moments playing checkers... More

Kelley House is right off the main part of Edgartown, within walking distance to the harbor and all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very accommodating. They put out coffee and muffins in the lobby lounge in the morning, and cookies and milk in the evening--both, very welcome and yummy treats! The... More

Every year my family and spend a week on the vineyard and rent a home for the convenience. This fall went went back for a second time this year and due to the shorter stay we decided to stay at the Kelley House. We had never stayed here before but loved the location right in the center of town just... More

We stayed three nights in Edgartown, and the Kelley House is in a perfect position for walking the town. There are numerous coffee shops, galleries and restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious, and the muffins and cookies are excellent!

We only had the opportunity to stay here one night, however, the hotel is utterly charming, in a great location right near the water, many restaurants and shops. The room was quite large, which was a surprise in a Historic Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is in a good location. But there is no elevator which is important to some people who travel. The pool had a greenish colored water. Parking is limited. There are coffee, tea and a muffin in the morning. The room was good size and clean. We did have a band playing loudly behind the hotel but fortunately they... More

This hotel is in one of the best locations in Edgartown . We arrived early so gave our mobile number as asked , and were told they would ring when the room was ready . NO !! We eventually went back about 4.30 to no apology but a ready room. Next to an outside door which led to a staff... More

Loved location. Lobby unwelcoming - white walls limited decor. Rooms ok- carpets dirty and linoleum in baths. Beds clean. Noisy- could hear people talking outside and walking above us at hotel. Would have been a great 89. Room. Realized paying for location . Parking on site - a plus.

This was designated wedding hotel so no choice. Location is the most central and convenient close to everything you want in Edgartown while remaining peaceful. the bed comfort was superb - the best luxury. great linens and pillows but room decor abysmal..stained old carpet/out of date unmatching furnishings. Seriously in need of renovation or upgrade. good size fridge/ Excellent coffee... More

The Kelley House was not our first choice but it was high season and we were calling from the ferry terminal in Woods Hole so we took the first available lodging. The rooms were unremarkable: a bit on the dingy side, frankly; the beds made for a rough night's sleep; and the bathrooms were "cheap motor lodge on the interstate".... More
