We stayed three nights in Edgartown, and the Kelley House is in a perfect position for walking the town. There are numerous coffee shops, galleries and restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious, and the muffins and cookies are excellent!

We only had the opportunity to stay here one night, however, the hotel is utterly charming, in a great location right near the water, many restaurants and shops. The room was quite large, which was a surprise in a Historic Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is in a good location. But there is no elevator which is important to some people who travel. The pool had a greenish colored water. Parking is limited. There are coffee, tea and a muffin in the morning. The room was good size and clean. We did have a band playing loudly behind the hotel but fortunately they... More

This hotel is in one of the best locations in Edgartown . We arrived early so gave our mobile number as asked , and were told they would ring when the room was ready . NO !! We eventually went back about 4.30 to no apology but a ready room. Next to an outside door which led to a staff... More

Loved location. Lobby unwelcoming - white walls limited decor. Rooms ok- carpets dirty and linoleum in baths. Beds clean. Noisy- could hear people talking outside and walking above us at hotel. Would have been a great 89. Room. Realized paying for location . Parking on site - a plus.

This was designated wedding hotel so no choice. Location is the most central and convenient close to everything you want in Edgartown while remaining peaceful. the bed comfort was superb - the best luxury. great linens and pillows but room decor abysmal..stained old carpet/out of date unmatching furnishings. Seriously in need of renovation or upgrade. good size fridge/ Excellent coffee... More

The Kelley House was not our first choice but it was high season and we were calling from the ferry terminal in Woods Hole so we took the first available lodging. The rooms were unremarkable: a bit on the dingy side, frankly; the beds made for a rough night's sleep; and the bathrooms were "cheap motor lodge on the interstate".... More

Friendly and helpful staff.. Clean/spacious room and bathroom.. Central location.. Afternoon cookies and milk are a nice touch... Breakfast is simple (muffins and coffee)... Could use a little updating, but overall, a nice property.

My son was married on the island last week and we directed our guests to do their very best to book at the Kelley House because of its great location. We booked a total of 8 rooms and I'm sorry that I made the Kelley house our first choice. Even though everyone paid over 300 dollars per night, the rooms... More

I had a lovely stay at Kelley House but found the staff a little vague I'm afraid. I found my way to my lovely room but there wasn't much friendliness shown to someone travelling alone!! The hotel is beautifully furnished and central and fairly quiet given the position. I would stay here again and enjoyed my stay thank you.
