Right downtown...step out the door to shopping, restaurants, bike rentals. Easy walk to wharf and ferry to Falmouth and Chappy. Continental breakfast wasn't very good -- cereal and bagels. I would absolutely recommend this B&B! Two thumbs up. Location is unbeatable, service goes above and beyond. The rooms were very clean, oversized, and luxurious.
