If you're looking for that quintessential Cape Cod experience, look no further than this property! The hotel has a lovely green lawn with flower beds and outdoor furniture for relaxing. The rooms are neat and clean, spacious, and the beds comfortable. There is an indoor pool and also a restaurant that serves a great breakfast. The owners are personable and... More

We loved the location. We were close to the great national seashore beaches and the ponds and bay beaches. Close to Provincetown and Chatham. Great central location and close to a lot of golf. The rooms are clean and recently upgrated. The beds were top notch. The included breakfast was excellent. The pool was beautiful and indoor outdoor so it... More

We chose this motel because of the price range initially. We were in the area for my cousin's wedding, and rather than staying at the ridiculously priced resort, we chose here instead, and were extremely pleased! The beds were a little bit small for us (but keep in mind we are three large people over the height of 5'10".) but... More

Well I waited a year before writing this review and to tell you the truth, the best part of this motel is the beds and the bike path. Other than the great location the place has absolutely nothing to offer. Terrible breakfast...rude owner....requests ignored. The place is old, not updated and pretty much a roadside motel. For the life of... More

We booked this motel for a soccer tournament weekend this past Memorial Day with multiple other families-pool was unusable due to wet paint on interior walls of pool-water was milky, staff was rude and quite unprofessional (one particular gentlemen). Room décor was extremely dated - especially linens and bedspreads. (pool towels had "pool" written on them with black marker! Breakfast... More

Although we already responded to another Ludlow parent, we cannot allow your review to go unanswered. Our motel has been around a while, like some of us who run it. What you perceive as 'bad decor" has sentimental value for us . The wooden clock and bad fish are examples of my very revered husband's mosaic work, which is visible... More

I brought a group of about 40 people to the Cape Cod area for a tour. We stayed at the Town Crier Inn and, even though there was a variety of requests and needs, the owner and her staff were able to take care of everything. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfasts were filling and delicious and the staff made... More

My fiancé and I purchased a Living Social voucher for a two night stay and it was terrific! Breakfast was homemade and delicious. We've been to a lot of hotels and it was absolutely the best breakfast we've had. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely return. Btw the bike path is... More

Dear Hotel Junky: Thanks for the kind words. You made mine and Joe's day with your comments about the breakfast. That's, in some ways, my favorite part of the motel. I love the opportunity to chat with our guests while munching Joe's delicious home fries and Cecily's muffins and scones. I also love getting to show off my own culinary... More

We got a deal here from Living Socials, it included 1 day bike rental, Ben & Jerry's Ice cream, a wonderful Lobster dinner and breakfast each morning. The deal was a good one, but I got a little concerned when I read some of the reviews. Well I am pleased to say this family run motel was wonderful, from Judy... More

We enjoyed having you. I particularly appreciate your remarks about the reviews making you apprehensive about our motel. We try very hard to depict ourselves exactly as we are: an older motel, which is not fancy, but charming in its own way with a very caring staff. "Homey and cozy" is what we are trying for. Thank you for your... More

Has a very different, nicer look than all the other bland motels on Rt 6. Grounds are beautiful and the rooms charming. Breakfasts were fabulous. Family owned so you really get the feel that they value your business. Great location -- easy drive to P-Town and the some of the nicest beaches in the country are right in their backyard.... More

Thirty years ago, when my husband and I bought this motel, the reason we did so was because of the location. After many years of 'toil and strife" and "joy and satisfaction" I still love the location. Thanks for your kind works and please come again soon. Judy More

Customer service was poor on phone and at front desk, room was out dated and dirty, shower made very loud noise and would not stop, the fridge was not working when we got there, the tv is not capable to play games x-box, the pool water was cloudy and white, could not see your color shorts, ? paint in pool,... I am very sorry that your stay here was so unsuccessful. Regardless of your remarks, and as evidenced by most of our reviews, we are very proud of our property and we work hard to insure that our guests have fun. I know this is poor marketing practice; however, I cannot leave your unfair accusations unanswered. To allude to a... More
