This B&B is a quintessential Cape Cod beauty...and the owners couldn't be more gracious!! I attended the Cape Cod Institute, and The Ship's Knees Inn was the perfect place for combining a professional conference in Eastam with our family reunion--from immaculate housekeeping and a comfy bed with views of the ocean to gorgeous grounds, just a walk from the beach....our... Room #2 was a bit small but fairly comfortable. Even fronting on the road, noise wasn't an issue, probably due to the use of AC. The room was clean and the grounds were well cared for. The owner, Peter, was very pleasant and helpful. Nauset Beach was just a 10 minute walk and this made the stay exceptional.

Complete magic! This enchanting inn manages to be sophisticatedly stylish and warmly inviting simultaneously. Denise and Pete Butcher have designed every element of this "classically Cape" spot with the absolute comfort of their guests in mind, and they bring a joyful, generous spirit to the place. Here, sea-breeze-fresh decor is spiced with a twist of whimsy just as the sumptuous... More

This inn is immaculate! The attention to detail in cleanliness and the harmonious, fun decor is absolutely stellar. My only complaint would be the old, loud window a/c unit. Surely there is something better out there for guests so they don't have to listen to a jet engine in the room each night? We had King Room # 1 which... More

We have been coming to this Ship's Knees for about 11 years, skipping last year for a Europe trip and we truly missed it. The place is so charming and personable, something I have yet to find to this delicate level, anywhere we have traveled world wide. The attention to details, cozy and comfortable bedding, breakfast tastes and unlimited delicious... More

we booked a week at this Inn as we wanted to stay in a location close to the beach with a pool and this property was ideal. We had a small room in the main building upstairs with use of a shared bathroom. The room was one of the last available when I booked a couple of months in advance.... More

The Ship's Knees Inn has everything you need for the ultimate vacation on Cape Cod. The setting is perfect, the hosts are genuine, the food is amazing and the location is perfect. We were 2 miles from Orleans and the bike trail, walking distance to Nauset Beach and about a 40 minute drive from Provincetown. We were pleasantly surprised by... More

We spent 2 nights at SKI before our 2 weeks in HarwichPort. We really enjoyed this inn! Our room was very charming and comfortable with beautiful gardens and grounds. Breakfast was delicious and the owners very personable. And only a 5 minute walk to Nauset Beach! We will definitely return!

We stayed for 4 nights while attending a conference in Eastham. Lovely room, only made the excellent breakfast once d/t early class, but the one was delicious. Scones in the afternoon were delightful. Owners could not have been nicer. Walk to Nauset beach. Loved the fire pit. Didn't get to the pool. I would highly recommend this as a place... More

We just spent 3 nights at Ship's Knees Inn, a lovely 18 room bed and breakfast in an old renovated house with some new additions. The Pro's..Great setting with a terrace surrounded by electric blue hydrangeas, boasting white rocking chairs surrounding a fire pit that is lit nightly, a pool, easy parking, easy access to town, and the best breakfasts...
