This was one our best vacations ever. The knowledgeable innkeeper suggested many points of interest that were fun for the whole family and allowed us to discover the wonders of Cape Cod. We had great nights sleeping with the windows open and the ocean breeze flowing through our room. Where else can you get a monogrammed cappuccino served at the... more

Me and a friend stayed here for two nights. It was one of the most comfortable experiences I've had in a hotel/motel. The owner, David was so helpful. He genuinely cared about your time there. He gave us detailed directions and places to see in Cape Cod. His espresso was amazing. Better than most coffee shops can do. The room... more

The Old Landing Motel is a delight from check in to check out. As I approached the charming cottage which houses the lobby, with the Cape Cod style architecture in the midst of beautiful plantings and funky yard art, I had a preview of the character of the place. A mix of old and new. The rooms are immaculate, even... more

Just back from our annual spring trip to the Cape and The Old Landing. Once again, David was an excellent host. The location to the the beach, the cleanliness, close to our friends in Dennis, and the overall outstanding hospitality of the owner and staff, are what brings us back to this special spot on the Cape. This motel is... more

My wife and I recently returned from a 3 month tour around the country. I decided to write about some of the highlights of our 3 months of hotels, restaurants and experiences. It had been a number of years since the last time we were on Cape Cod, and we were very happy to return this time to such a... more

Recently my wife and I purchased a home in Denniport, a few miles from the hotel. My brother was visiting and after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor we decided to book him into the Old Landing Motel. The location is great and they have a nice pool but that's where it ends. I have to tell you that I... more

Very basic motel....we stayed in the upper room with "ocean view". It is not worth the extra money...view extremely limited by trees. (but it does have a king bed) It is a few hundred foot walk to beach. The owner is charming and motel is clean. We would definitely stay here again. more

I've stayed at the Old Landing several times and got quite a laugh from the reviews, especially David's response. Yes, the place is simple. I go there to be near the beach at a price I can afford. It's always clean and quiet and well taken care of. The location is literally steps from a beach at a price a... more

Our family has been staying at the Old Landing Motel for about 15 years. It's tradition now for us to be at the Old Landing during the July 4th holiday. We also stay there at other times as well. We love the convenience to the beach--it's a short walk. The rooms are kept immaculate. You meet friendly people from all... more

I am a native Cape Codder and once in a while my wife and I decide to return to my 'native soil.' We browsed the various web sites and were particularly struck by the Old Landing Motel because of its immediate access to Sea Street Beach. As a child, I used to walk to this beach with my big sister... more
