Booked for 2 nights stayed for one. Shower ran all night .Not just a trickle. I had to put up beachtowels on the windows at night outside lights were kept on and was like daytime in the room, crusty sheets, Window over the shower did not have shade or curtain. Someone trird a makeshift frosted window that was not working. Bed... More

This is one of the cleanest and most friendly locations to stay. The motel is very dated and in need of some serious attention. We stayed for five nights and the motel worked as a "home base." Unfortunately, the motel is limited in respects to good places to eat nearby. We found ourselves spending a great deal of time driving... More

Great place to stay when you're with a family and aren't looking for all the bells and whistles. It's a clean, convenient place with loads of hospitality. There are no phones or wifi in the rooms. It's a place to relax and enjoy the seaside. The proprietor, David is friendly and accommodating. He makes great coffee for the guests. There's... More

This place is perfect for a stay on the Cape. Clean, neat, everything you could possibly need. David the owner is wonderful, almost knows what you might be missing before you do. And the coffee each morning cant be beat. Our room overlooked the ocean and was very large. The breeze at night was perfect. The location is great, close... More

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the Old Landing Motel. It was our 2nd stay here and as enjoyable as the first. The motel is not fancy but the rooms are very clean. We stayed in one of the spacious ocean view rooms which are not air conditioned. A fan was supplied but we never needed it... More

This motel was nothing fancy by far but was clean & close to the beach, you could hear the waves at night which was a plus for me. The owner was pleasant & offered the best coffee in Dennis. Our room came with free wifi & air conditioning which was not required most evenings as there always seemed to be... More

David was effectively very nice and funny. At the first occasion, he will offer you a nice cup of coffee, losing focus of any prior ongoing task. He helped us locating activities around (even gave us passes to a str.club that paid for the cover charges lol) Pro: clean room, ours had air/c(did not need it) and mini fridge, handy... More

We recently spent a few nights on Cape Cod and selected The Old Landing for it's location and fair price .The motel is cleaned daily and is nice but not fancy . The motel backs right onto a beach that is quite private and provides a great place to enjoy the waves and relax . The Dennis area has lots... More

We stayed in an ocean front room over a month ago and now finally getting around to writing this. I was highly disappointed in our stay and wished I had spent a little more money and stayed somewhere else. The negatives: 1 The wifi that is advertised is not accessible from the ocean view rooms. 2. The ocean view rooms... More

We just returned from spending a few days on the Cape. The Old Landing is a great place to stay if you desire a true Cape experience. The location (steps from the beach) was great as was the hospitality on property. The owner David offered some great tips on eating locally, which were great. You really need to try the... More
