Just returned from our visit to Cape Cod.....It was the off season and we chose the three seasons motor lodge.. Its an older motel with about 65 rooms all have 2 double beds, desk, small table and 3 chairs, a dorm sized fridge and small bathroom with a small sink/vanity outside the BR as you walk into the room. Room... more

Brought my wife and 3YO son here for a mid-week retreat, and all had a great time. We'd scoured the entire cape for something basic with easy beach access that wouldn't bust our budget, and the Three Seasons fit the bill quite well. The main draw for us was the private beach--we didn't want to have to pack the car,... more

Whilst this hotel is an older property it is a typical seaside hotel in a very good location right on its own private beach. The rooms are large and airy with very good a/c which was important when we were there as it was really hot and humid. Two double beds, chest of drawers, hanging space and a fridge and... more

We had been to this area of Cape Cod before and stayed nearby. We had eaten in the restaurants and liked the area so decided to actually stay at the Three Seasons. It was high season but there were a few rooms left. $205 per night is a little high but we were right on the beach and we had... more

for a last minute getaway vacation tacked onto a business trip to the Boston area, this place was great for the value. The hotel is older (1966) but very quaint and clean and CLOSE to the beach which was a HUGE plus! my friend had never been to the Cape Cod area and she was very impressed and happy with... more

We loved this hotel! Fabulous location- right on the beach. We were very pleasantly surprised after reading negative reviews- This motel seems to have a lot of regulars that come year after year and I am convinced that people that like it don't write reviews for fear of giving away a good secret! We had an oceanfront room - 2nd... more

My wife and I stayed for three days over the 4th. We paid $200 per night with taxes included. The good- The location was great, very close to everything and right on the beach. There is a cafe on the property which serves breakfast and lunch. Right next door is the Ocean House which was excellent for dinner. A little... more

Great location. the beach or the pool, it's your choice. The room was large enough and the beds ok. Do not expect more than you pay for. Now some people say this means the place was not that great. there was a musty odor when we entered but you have the main door at one end of the room and... more

We booked this hotle for Father's Day weekend. We were a little bit leary of booking this place because the price was so cheap for an ocean front room. We paid $120 a night at this place. When we pulled up the place looked nice. We were booked to room #23. It was on the second floor. The room was... more
