Don't waste your money, the pictures on the website in no way reflect the rooms. It was the worst experience - they rooms were dirty & musty. The mini golf course was kept up better than the rooms were. I think I would have preferred sleeping in the windmill !!! more

This is a MOTEL. OK, but great location and pool if you have kids and want to hang by the pool. The beach is just up the road about 1 mile by car.Village Beach, free parking after 5pm. Liquor store and seafood on the corner! Ice cream and mini golf/arcade in the parking lot. we've stayed here every August for... more

Date: October, 2008 After reading a review of August 2008 I was very apprehensive about staying here the reviewer stated that the rooms were dirty, very dirty rugs, dirty bathroom and that they would not recommend this place to anyone. I found this to be completely the opposite when I stayed there during the Columbus Day week. The staff was... more

Dirty, very dirty rugs, dirty bathroom. Pool has slime around water line. Not so much the maid's fault for the dirty rooms, just overall neglect and lack of up-keep.. Also, very noisy. Not management's fault, just noisy and incon- siderate guests. Would never stay here again. The ice cream is terrible, the gift shop is terrible (unfinished furniture) and several... more

Our family stayed in this motel for two days prior to moving into a cottage we had booked for the upcoming week. The rates for this part of the Cape were reasonable. The motel rooms face a parking lot loaded with cars, which is one of the reasons I would stay only a couple of days at the most. However,... more

We stayed here for several nights after booking on Hotwire. Okay rooms for the price. Quiet except for the people above us. We had a good location to the pool which was nice and never crowded. Refrigerator was great but no hair dryer in room. Local newspaper and coffee complimentary each morning at the office. Either rooms with a traditional... more

This place was just awful! You have to use a slider to get into your room, not a real door! The rooms look nothing like they do on the website. You can't unpack because you are only given two tiny drawers and the beds are as hard as rocks. The staff was rude with the exception of one woman. Never... more
