One of the worst hotels I have stayed at on the Cape. The bathroom was so disgusting, door would not shut, tub would not drain, had to take out the drain plug, a toilet that you would find at a rest stop, floor filthy and no where to put your stuff, not even a shelf. The room was large, but... More

My boyfriend and I decided somewhat last minute to take a trip the Cape. We booked a room at the Pelham House which seemed to be reasonably priced. Upon arriving we were placed in the "Court House" which was a small building which appears to be a refinished house away from the main hotel. While this room was adequate (but... More

I attended a wedding at The Pelham House on Saturday, June 21, 2014. The rooms are quaint and clean. But the staff...Oh my, the staff! They are wonderful, hospitable, caring and friendly. I can't thank them enough for hosting such a wonderful day.

The position of this place is excellent, that said there is very little else good to say. OK the bed is comfortable, and breakfast is not bad, but. Where do you start, the whole place is shabby and in great need of updating. There are no hair dryers or irons and also no coffee making. The paint is peeling from... More

To preface: I wasn't looking for anything fancy. Wanted a simple room to use as a base for some beach time and sightseeing. We were booked in the Court House--which I think is where the trouble began. From what I've seen the main building has been updated and has a better layout. The Court House seems to be an afterthought.... More

The only way to describe this place is to say you stayed at the neverending smile because thats what it feels like when you walk into your room. The sad thing is you really do not want to leave . My Girlfriend and I loved it . You will to ..

Stayed here a few times Each summer for 3 years First year was good Next year was terrible Overbooked first night had to stay somewhere else then move back next day. Room not clean. When you ask for something it seemed like a problem. Manager was always missing. Tried one more time. Overbooked again. Had to fight to get money... More

Went on the off season, great deal! We had a ocean view room, they're all ocean view!! Our view was excellent. Rooms were large, sitting area had a couch, coffee table and 2 chairs - all very comfy! They also gave you a continental breakfast which was fine. Large kitchen area lots of storage. Bed was comfy too!. Excellent location... More

We had our wedding the Pelham House this past weekend. It was fantastic. My new husband and I are so incredibly pleased by how everything went. We had our ceremony and reception on the lawn overlooking the ocean. The place isn't too fancy, very rustic "Cape Cod" (which we love anyway). It is updated and clean, and the managers are... More

We had a room on the third floor which overlooked the pool and the ocean. Fantastic! Great to fall asleep hearing the waves and wake up to see the ocean. The balcony was nice to sit on and the door could be left open for a breeze as well as the two side windows. Staff were wonderful at the front... More
