We just stayed for three days at this Fairfield Inn while we were visiting Boston. We arrived after a full day of scenic traveling (from Connecticut) and visiting friends along the way. So, we arrived tired. Checked in and were assigned room 320. We were told that it overlooked the pool, and since we like higher floors, we were delighted.... More

The service was excellent and the staff both helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and it had a microwave and refridgerator for those on a budget or traveling with children. It is a distance from Boston but you can ride the commuter train into Boston. All and all it was a pleasant stay. I recommend the hotel if you... More

I used this hotel for a recent trip. I was in town for a major hockey tournament and it was on the list offering a deal for participants. I read some of the reviews and wondered but having used Fairfield before decided to try it. Service was great on arrival, I booked online and got a good rate. Room was... More

Before getting there I called and talked to the general manager (Chantel) and she gave me a rate. I said okay and drove there. Of course she wasn't there when I arrive there. A young lady name cherly was at the front desk. She gave me a completley different rates than the one the manager quote me. Cherly start to... More

The hotel is not off a major street and its two completely seperate buildings with the parking in the middle. The day we arrived there where "just painted" signs everywhere. So the smell was very strong. Also, unlike the pictures on their website, it is a newly renovated hotel with very strong signs of it. They have new decor but... More

We only spent one night at this hotel, We found the room to be spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. Our only complaint was that the hotel is built on several levels, with some rooms a half floor above or below others. Perhaps there were elevators available but due to the late hour, we just carried our luggage up and... More

I suppose it wasn't the worst but certainly not your typical Fairfield Inn. The staff was friendly and accomodating so that's a plus. I just found the room quite small especially the bathroom. I was traveling with my mom and we weren't on any time constraints but it could really be chaotic for let's say two women on a business... More

This hotel is a bit weird in a way that its two separated buildings and some rooms have exterior doors directly in the parking lot, and that the staff here seems very questionable. The pool was very clean however there were no towels in the pool area on two different occasions. Our room had a fantastic view of a dirty... More

They use an outsourced internet provider. Google.com (and all other pages for that matter) 15-20 seconds to load. Front desk gave me support number, who told me this is typical, and there is no issue as long as I can connect. When I told him this wasn't suitable for business users, he asked me how much I'm paying for the... More

The hotel in itself is nicely looked after. Typical Fairfield set-up, but everything looks very new and kept nicely. The staff is a bit iffy -- at check in, we asked for a connecting room and were given rooms next to each other that connected to the opposite neighboring rooms (no big deal, we managed); during breakfast, we asked the...
