My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Danvers a few weeks ago for a wedding on the North Shore. We were arriving late due to a late flight into the Boston area. I called the hotel the day before our arrival to alert them to our late arrival. The woman at the desk was friendly and told... more

Yes, they have all the stuff like fitness, confrence room, restaurant and even a swimming pool. They are well located just at the Liberty Tree Mall (which is good for those shoppers who wouldn't rent a car and this is why I attempted to stay with them for one week). The only thing they lack is a customer care. I... more

We stayed when we had no power during an ice storm. The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel is small, but well kept. There lobby and rooms were very clean. Our room was one queen bed and a pullout sofa. It was small but comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean the beds were very comfortable. It is located... more

Stayed there for two nights due to a death in the famiy. This is my hometown so I know my way around with regard to getting to the highways, good restaurants, getting to towns/cities off the major highways; however, the location might be difficult to find (behind the mall) if you don't know the area. Have stayed there before and I... more

Stay was for 5 days while attending a family gathering which was held at the hotel. We were able to obtain a room discount (bereavement). Initially had a handicapped room, although we did not ask for one. The bathroom of course was a good size, however, there was no counterspace and after 2 nights we requested a different room. Hotel... more

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, fresh and in good order. Updated furnishings. Paid only $45 on Priceline. Well worth it. We stayed in winter so had no access to outdoor pool. Some Courtyard Marriotts have indoor pool and whirlpool. This does not. Convenient to highway and Greater Boston North Shore. We stayed on top floor. I understand... more

We stayed here for the Easter weekend and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a typical Courtyard by Marriott, which is a good thing. Pros; clean, recently redone, quiet location, close to malls, stores & restaurants, nice large bathrooms, comfortable overall. Cons; slightly small guestrooms for a suburban property, thin walls & floors, the doors are very loud when they... more

Well the staff was nice enough, and the layout is typical Courtyard, but come on...really thin walls and floors at this property. I would seriously advise against staying here unless you're on the top floor with no connecting room next to you. People walking in the room above will keep you up all night---that's how loud the thuds are. You'll... more
