We stayed at the Exended StayAmerica in Danvers, MA.... even though it is "Extended Stay" .... we stayed for one night only. We were very satisfied and please. Great value for the money. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Having a refrigerator, stove, mirowave, etc. was a plus, even for the one night. We were travelling and had food... more

After staying recently at an Extended Stay Deluxe, I mistakenly anticipated the same accomodations. There is a huge difference in the word "Deluxe". This Extended Stay does NOT have any complimentary coffee or breakfast items, a gym, a complimentary printer, a sofa in the room, helpful things like dish soap to wash the dishes, extra pillows (I was surprised at... more

Stayed at this property for two nights in mid January. Not much has changed from the prior reviews. It appears this hotel does not own a vacuum cleaner...or maybe it only works the same schedule when they clean the rooms...which is only once every seven days. Too long for a hotel during the winter...and with plenty of contractors staying at... more

We walked into this hotel and were really surprised by the funky smell that hit us in the lobby. The hallways and our room had it too. It was a combination of musty and body odor. Not pleasant. The carpet in the lobby and the hallway was really dirty. The carpet in our room was quite damp. As the evening... more

If it hadn't been for the low Internet rate, I would have moved to another long-stay hotel (there are several in the area). I had requested a non-smoking room and was given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked to try another room. That one had cigarette burns on the bed cover. The third try proved best, but... more

I was pleased with this hotel. It was actually a little better than most Extended Stays, and I was pleasantly surprised. The nicest surprise was the fact that they have a staffed front desk that's open at night. I was getting really tired of arriving Extended Stay hotels late, and being greeted by a security guard who acted like I... more

We stayed at the Extended Stay Danvers because we were on a tight budget and they offered the best online rate. I did read the other reviews and I'm not sure what they were expecting. The hotel clearly states that they do not have staff on 24 hours like most higher price hotels so if you get there to check... more

The hotel was reasonably priced and conveniently located, if you're traveling to Salem or Boston. The room is not memorable, but served its purpose. The beds, however, were terrible. They were hard and had 'bumps' in them -- hurt our backs -- we had to go to the local pharmacy to buy some Advil. The bathroom is very small and... more

The first bad experience I had with this hotel was getting to it. It's on the side of a busy divided highway and you had to go past the hotel and somehow reverse your direction to get to it. Very difficult. Then when I arrived I wasn't able to get in. The doors on the building were locked and I... more
