We stayed there in early May because the move to our new home was delayed. Although the location is a little odd (on Router 1 behind two restaurants) we found the accommodations to be terrific. Even more so, every person we had contact with - from the Front Desk staff to the service and maintenance personnel were professional, courteous and... More

We had to stay at the Residence Inn for 37 days from the end of March into April. We enjoyed our stay and I said several times that this would be a hotel I would be happy in on one of our vacations. We stayed in the King Penthouse Suite which was a necessity with a cat, dog, myself and... More

This hotel is clean and well maintained. Many of the rooms have wood burning fireplaces. Say what ? Yes you can buy those duraflame logs at the front desk or the nearby Home Depot (if you want a case). The complimentary breakfast is very good with an ample selection. I am a coffee drinker and there was always free coffee... More

I stayed here for 2 weeks in March. Big spacious suites with full service kitchen and a living area complete w a fireplace makes it a good choice for long stays. Breakfast in the morning is quite decent in the main lobby (also w a nice fireplace), and the hotel provides a free light dinner 3x a week. There's even... More

I stay here frequently and have always had a great experience. With all the snow this past year the hotel has had some damage due to conditions outside their control. They are very considerate in moving guess to area affiliates. Grace the assistant manger is top notch.

This Residence Inn is located convenietntly between Boston and coastal locations on the North Shore. Typical Residence Inn Setup, rooms are a bit aged yet clean. The GD and his wife are very friendly and helpful as was the other front desk personnel. A nice warm breakfast buffet is included and there are evening snacks served at least three times... More

Rooms were very large and well equipped, room set up was a bit odd but worked. The place was a bit older but updated, the housekeeping was not the best as I found numerous hairs in the bathroom. Breakfast was standard, front desk was good

I had a business meeting in Salem, MA. So It seemed closer plus with fireplace. I honestly prefer fireplace, because it makes me relax and focus to write my articles, and even after the meeting I can rest by sitting near fireplace. It was snowing at time (it was one of biggest snow storms of Boston). So fireplace made me... More

I was fortunate enough to get a Pet-Friendly King Suite at the Residence Inn on January 26, 27, & 28 during a blizzard. When the storm was forecast, I was the only tenant of a three-family house. There were new tenants for the other apartments, but they hadn't moved in yet, so I started calling hotels. After the second try,... More
