I was fortunate enough to get a Pet-Friendly King Suite at the Residence Inn on January 26, 27, & 28 during a blizzard. When the storm was forecast, I was the only tenant of a three-family house. There were new tenants for the other apartments, but they hadn't moved in yet, so I started calling hotels. After the second try,... More

We were here visiting family for the holidays, which can be a bit stressful lol. The manager that was there, the beautiful tall woman with short dark brown hair, Linda, deserves a promotion and a raise!! She was there it seemed all the time!! She is truly amazing going above and beyond making everyone laugh and happy and feel like... More

We have stayed here previously when visiting the area for several days. Very comfortable studio and plenty of storage. This time we stayed in building 5 which was convenient to drive in/out of lot. The breakfast is an upgrade from the usual hotel fare - includes excellent coffee, yogurt with fresh fruit (not the pre-packaged cups) and real scrambled eggs.... More

Close to Salem and easy access to Boston, but still not a bad drive to Plymouth Rock. Close drive to the hop on hop off loacation #3, with good parking close, then use the bus to see the sites. We had a great time, I would recommend the hotel to my friends. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, and... More

Our room was fine. But the service is shoddy. They left dirty towels on the floor instead of replacing them. On the second morning we asked room service to come back later (they came to clean the room at 9.30!), they never came back. Breakfast was alright but nothing special. I would stay here again but the service is less... More

This was a fantastic hotel. Rooms had wood fireplaces, full kitchen with glasses and plates silverware, microwave, DW, nice desk. The beds were great when you lay in them you want to go to sleep. Very clean. Great Breakfast too

My wife and I stayed here over Columbus Day weekend 2014. We stayed in a King Studio with fireplace. The room was quite large and included a large flat screen tv, microwave, refrigerator with ice machine, dishwasher, oven, and full size coffee machine. The room was quite comfortable and would probably be great for an extended stay. The fireplace was... More

Great property. I stayed here for just one night in the midst of a college visit and seeing the sights around the North Shore outside of Boston. Nice rooms and great staff and great hot breakfast like at all the Residence Inns. Salem is fun during Halloween. Access to the hotel is only via Rte 1 north so keep that... More

The hotel was fine... with all amenities, as advertised. The staff did not provide a local map or restaurant suggestions. This would have been helpful. The location is on Rt 1 and has one way traffic in front of the hotel, with cross streets not very convenient. After several days, we were able to figure out our way around, but... More

This hotel was GREAT!!! Excellent staff. Very clean and beautiful studio. Nice appliances so that you could actually live like home with a stove and fridge and microwave. Quiet and had everything I needed. Its hard to find based on signage and being setback off the road but a "hidden gem". Being close to all major restaurants was a great... More
