Perfectly good hotel, quiet and the staff were friendly. Had breakfast everyday, nice selection of bagels, muffins etc all for free. The rooms were old but clean and had some charm to them. Be realistic in your expectations - this is better-than-reasonably-priced hotel. Location: close to main artery to all points north & south, but totally away from the traffic noise. Cleanliness: A+.
