It is difficult to find anything positive to say about this hotel bearing the storied Hilton brand. It started out bad with a registration process that was slow, and onerous. Stayed at the Doubletree for business. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great amenities including a Starbucks, and health & fitness center. Coco Key Waterpark in the hotel. Great for families! Friendly, helpful staff. Banquet facilities and management very helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

Good location for Boston, Salem and New England visit; amenities good, access to Rail and Airport good also (with courtesy bus and pick up). Staff helpful, especially concierge, Patrick, Ivor and Richard made a great team.

We visited the doubletree north shore while on a trip to coco key. We had an out of date gift certificate but the the sales administrator, Jeanette, could not have been more accommodating. My husband and I are spending our 36th anniversary in the Boston area and are staying at this very active hotel. The person taking the reservation did not record accurate information. We upgraded to include breakfast buffet that was awesome. Upon check-in, we were told 5 would not fit. We explained our needs at the time of reservation, so housekeeping was called to remove a chair so there would be room for a third bed. The chair was never removed, so... More

Wonderful hotel, the staff are very polite and accommodating and the waterpark is awesome. Only downside was quality of food at hotel restaurant/room service. Wasn't awful, but wasn't the best either (especially considering the high price)

I have stayed here before but my last stay was a nightmare. I was given a handicap room with a shower I could not use. After 10 mins in the room I noticed the floor was filled with lady bugs. Went to hotel for water park with granchildren. Nice rooms but was long walk with the children. there are rooms adjescent to water park but our rooms could not have been further away. Would visit again but not if rooms where in different time zone than park

The hotel is clean and well maintained. There was a noise problem but it was brief. The power went out in the entire area and yet the elevators continued to work and someone went out and bought what must have been a thousand cups of coffee to help until power came back.
