I stayed in this hotel while in the area sightseeing. This hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast daily was very good with many choices. The hotel is located conveniently between Boston, Salem and Boston Logan Airport. This hotel being not directly in the city allows for less traffic and was out just enough that it was a pretty fast... More

This hotel was okay. The small problems we had were: missing shower tap (which they replaced the second day) no fan in the bathroom and towels that were very small and too few. The hallway was vaguely musty-smelling. On the plus side the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the fridge and microwave worked well and there was an... More

We stayed here for our Salem "witching" vacation this year. Close enough to Salem, Gloucester, Rockport, Newburyport, etc. Very nice hotel - room was very clean, choice of pillows was a plus, plenty of towels provided (we didn't have to ask for more towels - this in itself is a rarity!) breakfast was exceptional, staff was courteous. Easy access to... More

At first, my husband and I thought it was very weird when they said our room was in the basement. It was actually quite nice, and very quiet. No problems at all. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the area was very nicely kept. The staff in the breakfast area was very... More

Good hotel, knowledgeable staff, very attentive. Room is clean, bed is really comfortable. Plus it's just off of rt 1 so you don't have to immediately fight traffic leaving the hotel. It's one block away. Easy access to and from rt 1. Downsides, since I work nights, when I come back in the morning, parking lot is full, it's somewhat... More

Stayed 4 nights for a conference trip to Boston. Since we wanted to visit Salem, Rockport, Marblehead and other sights during our off time and we wished to save money, this place worked out beautifully. The hotel is on a hill and we were on the lower level and we wondered how that would be. It turned out to be... More

We were traveling with our grandchildren with no reservations. Found this hotel brochure in the Salem visitor center. Close to Salem and other Historical sites, we found this Comfort Inn to be just that. Lovely , clean rooms, Comfortable beds and pillows, Two good size pools that were very well kept and a wonderful, friendly staff. Included is a great... More

This hotel offered a great breakfast and comfortable room. The pool was clean and updated, my only con is being on the fifth floor the huge outdoor lights glared into the room. Even with the shades drawn.. That was only issue I had with this hotel. Overall I would stay here again, close to the city and friendly staff.
