My husband and I were in the area visiting our son, his wife and grandchild. As we were not in the room except to sleep, we can say that the bed was adequately comfortable. However, the room seemed a bit cramped if we were to lounge around for any amount if time.

This hotel could use a complete overhaul - the walls are paper thin, rooms very average - not terribly clean. The location is nice, as it's on the water and close to town, but we couldn't believe we had to share a balcony with the people next to us. I honestly did not feel see - very strange. We were... I do apologize for the configuration of the hotel. The hotel was built a long time ago and so the shared balconies were the architects idea. I hope you called the Front Desk during your stay if you had people smoking on the balcony. We are a NON-SMOKING hotel and we would have gladly called/visited their room to remind them... More

This is a very charming hotel right on the water. I was most pleased with the way the place was laid out. The rooms were average, but the property is quaint and I liked the hallways and decor very much. My patio was huge and had a view on the other side of the harbor. Hope to return someday soon.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and likely would not return on our own. The rooms were VERY average and not entirely clean, especially the bathroom. The bathroom only has two bath towels and our balcony with water view was shared with the room next door without any separation. The balcony door had a cross bar to pull... More

Please let me apologize for some of the conditions you experienced at the inn. Had you brought it to my attention, I would have personally re-cleaned your room. I have spoken to all the staff regarding your review. As for the pricing, October is the shoulder season in Cohasset. I know that the hotel has a different set up when... More

The wedding we attended was great, the food was great, the room was great, everything about the wedding was wonderful. The room on the other hand, was a different story. The bathroom was in poor shape. There was dirt on the tub and the shower head had a nice pink/orange mildew growing on it. For the price that they were... More

Stayed a night here. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and a good size. I think it's a little overpriced for what it is but could have been the time we stayed and there isn't many options around to stay at! Would stay here again for a good price or if I had another event in the... More

Dear Disneytink: Thank you for your kind words about the property. As we are a small inn on the harbor, our rates vary with the season and weekend vs. weekday. The best rates can be obtained mid week. There is so much more flexibility regarding different rooms if you stay Sunday through Thursday. Come back and see the beautiful colors... More

I've been visiting this inn for over 20 years since I used to live in Cohasset and enjoy going back once a year. It has improved in the past few years with redecorated rooms, updated air conditioning and a complimentary breakfast One of few hotels I've visited with protective covering on mattress and boxspring, which is very reassuring. They even... More

The Cohasset Resort is in a great location on Cohasset harbor on Boston's south shore. You can walk into the cute town which has some interesting shops as well as eateries. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are "average" - average size, no frills- not even closet doors. The furnishings are fine, minimal, and a bit worn.... More

We recently stayed at the inn and found it great. Rooms are very nice and clean. All the staff are great and very helpful. The location is beautiful.
