An 1820s gem in the midst of a town that takes you back a century or so. We found the innkeepers solicitous, the rooms spotless and the breakfast worth lingering over. We'd have stayed more nights but had reservations at other B&Bs on the Cape (and glad of that because we found a couple of other gems). It's a walkable... more

We stayed here for two nights at Easter. The rooms were a reasonable price, spacious and well furnished. The room we had came with a log fire with free logs provided each day- charming feature. There was water available in the room but no tea and coffee facilities which were locked in the dining room at about 8pm- a minor... more

My friend and I spent a spring weekend at this in going back to the 1800s in a nice little Cape Cod town. It is in a good location right on Main Street a few minutes from the shops (some of which were open on this March Saturday) and the first floor room was very nice. What was lacking were... more

The Cranberry Inn had a lovely exterior, beautiful common rooms, and our room with upstairs loft w/ twin beds was very nice with the exception of the bathroom, which was very outdated and extremely cramped. We could overlook that but what we could not overlook was the attitude of the innkeeper. First impression was a little startling - at check-in... more

Our trip to Chatham was to re-viist a favourite family summer holiday spot. We found the Inn very charming and breakfast nicely appointed meeting all our needs. Didn't realize a daily cooked special was included, a nice detail above and beyond the buffet. We also got the spiel at check in regarding "no short order cook" and can appreciate the... more

My overall impression is similar to that of many of the other reviewers: great location, nice and clean rooms, but definitely an attitude problem on behalf of many of the staff. Lisa (the daughter of the owners, so I learned) was actually friendly and reasonably hospitable, but three other staff members made me feel distinctly unwelcome. My wife already wrote... more

We have been going to Chatham every summer for years, and always thought the Cranberry Inn looked cute and had a great location, but this was our first time staying with them. Our first inkiling of the service problems was at check in. The woman who checked us in spent at least five full minutes telling us everything they wouldn't... more

The Cranberry Inn is a great inn with a convenient location. It is within walking distance to downtown (although downtown can be very crowded during the summer) and the South Beach, a lovely beach to walk and see the seals. Nora greeted us and was very helpful. Breakfast has a hot dish as well as homemade muffins and breads and... more

Stayed here for 6 days with my wife and two teenage sons. I simply cannot recommend the Cranberry more highly. We had Room 15, which has two double bedrooms and a living area - perfect for all four of us. The rooms are beautifully appointed and furnished as well as clean and tidy. Breakfast every day is superb. Lovely selection... more

If you are traveling to Chatham and want to stay in a gorgeous Inn look no further than the Cranberry Inn. Located at the quiet end of Main Street... you can walk everywhere from the Inn. Breakfasts were great.. with fresh fruit, yogurt, baked muffins or bread and a hot dish every day. Behind the Inn is a nature path... more
