We just stayed 5 nights at the Seafarer. The other reviews that were written were very helpful when we were getting ready for our trip. The Inn is very clean, staff is great. It is a quiet quaint place. The only thing I would say is that they could invest in larger, thicker bath towels. The short walk/drive to Ridgevale... More

After t wo nights in Hyannis was this hotel in Chatham what we needed: a good room in a quiet environment. The pool was clean and the water refreshing. The hotel is nearby the sea with a beautiful little beach.

We travel to the cape every July with my two college age boys. We have stayed at the Chatham Seafarer Inn under different ownership 2 years ago and decided to come back this summer. The boys were in room 6 that has 2 double/queen beds with plenty of room. The rooms have all new flooring and fresh paint. My husband... More

This hotel was very clean for our family of 5. The daily maid service was great. Our kids enjoyed the pool, we walked to the beach, and it was an easy drive into the center of town. We would highly recommend it for a reasonably priced trip to the Cape. A pack and play fit perfectly in the open closet... More

What a great find!!! Price very reasonable for Cape Cod and the comfort of the room. Great room, we stayed in room 21, clean, spacious with 2 queen size bed. Quiet surroundings, little patio facing the courtyard and the pool. The pool was very clean. Nice grounds, flowers and very friendly and helpful staff. Chatham is a charming town with... More

I recently stayed the Seafarer for two nights and the location is hard to beat -- it is a 5 minute drive to the quaint town of Chatham, a 10 minute drive to Harwich, and Ridgevale Beach is an easy 15 minute walk from the motel. A few thoughts upon my return home: Pros: -As mentioned, the location is great.... More

Our 1st time visiting the Cape and had a awesome time. We stayed at the Chatham Seafarer Inn from 6/29/- 7/4/2015 in room #19. When we first opened the door to our room, we were overcome by a heavy odor of bleach. Come to find out, it was a pesticide sprayed for ants. Everyday we had over a hundred ants... More

First off, I'll admit my bias in the interest of transparency. I'm an "America Unchained" proponent. I spend my money, if possible, with smaller, independently-owned businesses rather than the large chains. My Family and I travelled to Cape Cod and I had stayed at the Seafarer at least 20 years ago. We enjoy Chatham because of its location at the... More

Pro’s: Rooms-Clean, large, comfortable. Pool, perfect there were no kids, it was so calm and relaxing. Walk over to Marion's Bakery in the morning for coffee and great muffins. 2 mile drive into the heart of Chatham for shopping and eats. Easy drive to Province Town for the day (worth the trip). Just easy to get about anywhere from this... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Seafarer Inn - it's a nice little motel near the bay beaches and downtown Chatham, within walking distance of the bike trail and - even better - Marion's Pie Shop.
