We were on the Cape for a wedding in June and needed one more day (to recuperate, after the all night party) before heading back to Boston. Based on reviews I booked us here for one night and was so pleased. Everyone was so welcoming, professional and nice. Recommendations given for our dinner in town were spot-on. We stayed in... More

Pleasant Bay Village is like a nest. It is on the busy main road in Chatham but the grounds are so lush and the place so peaceful, it's easy to forget you didn't have to hike through a forest to get there. The people who host you are wonderful; friendly and knowledgeable about things like beating the summer Cape crowds... More

The four of us stayed here August 11 for 2 nights. We had a very enjoyable stay in an extra deluxe room with two queen beds, which was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was extra but very good. The conversations we had with the waitresses from Bulgaria were very enjoyable. The beautiful landscaping is a very nice touch.

I've been vacationing at Pleasant Bay Village since I was a teen. My family and I have been staying there for 45 years! They used to keep our beach umbrella and chairs so we wouldn't have to lug them back and forth from NJ to the Cape every year. We've watched the boys grow up with us, and enjoyed knowing... More

Just returned from a 5 day stay at Pleasant Bay Village, and I can’t say enough nice things about it. The front desk staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. We came with a large quantity of special food, and the room fridge was too small, so they gave us a second, as well as allowed us to keep... More

This was our first time at Pleasant Bay and needless to say we were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely return. We had a 2 bedroom upper suite that was perfect and very private. The staff was more than accommodating and friendly.

First and foremost, the property is absolutely gorgeous and meticulous. Every corner, patch, bush, tree, fountain and sculpture has had a lot of thought and love put into it. This is my first time staying here but my husband's family has been coming here for 25 years. They just redid the pool and it is wonderful. So relaxing. They have... More

Our family had a great time. We spent a couple of hours in the pool and hot tub everyday. The breakfast is great. The stuff are very friendly. It is a sweet and family-like resort. We like the Chinese-antiques decoration inside and outside.

Chatham is a fabulous resort. The best we visited on the cape Pleasant bay is quite a way out from centre so you need to drive out at night. it's a nice place but getting rather dated, pool area good. Cleaning standard for room was excellent

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent stay at PBV. The upgraded pool area is teriffic. Our room was right next to the pool and beautifully appointed, sparkling and very comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast in the morning and lunch by the pool. It has all the charm of a bed and breakfast with the convenience and ammenities... More
