If you dont plan on spending any time in your hotel, dont mind loud rooms, minimal amenities and rude staff, then homesteads acceptable. Locations near many restaurants and the burlington mall. Large bathrooms look hospitalish, very dirty and grimy in corners and not well cleaned, crappy tv's smaller rooms.

We chose this because of the price and location. AC was very, very noisy, and the room was out-dated, and dingy. The kitchenette was the best feature. Nearby rooms were occupied by noisy folks. I would not recommend this because there are better choices in the area.

There is nothing nice to say about this place. Dirty, dirty can't believe anything like this exists in Burlington. Staff is terrible will not address any problems.
