!I was only at the hotel for one night for a business trip but was happy with my stay. The room was set up as a suite with a kitchenette and living area. The bathroom and room was clean, wifi worked great. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but it was definitely nice to have. Would definitely stay here again!... More

I am a fan of Hyatt generally and try to stay in one when possible. This Hyatt House arm of the Hyatt hotels seems more focused on the quick business trip traveler than the vacationer. The suite was large, although the bedroom lay-out made it difficult to open your suitcase on any furniture other than the bed, which I prefer... More

Stayed here for a night during a business trip and found the room (had a suite) to be super spacious and very comfortable. I'd recommend it to business travelers---its more of an efficiency than a typical hotel room. Its nothing swanky but for someone looking for a homier feel, it does the job very well.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in October. Rooms are very big, clean and have everything you need (including a fridge and a cooker). The only negative with the room was the shower had a fixed head. Breakfast was okay nothing amazing but does the job. All staff I spoke to were extremely friendly which is always a plus.

I stayed here on a Saturday night and the staff was very friendly, they let us check in early. The room was clean and the kitchen was stocked with silverware, cups, and plates. The living room and kitchen were a little outdated, but not dirty. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean. This hotel is also less than 5... More

I recently stayed in the Hyatt House for the second time. It's a convenient hotel, reasonably comfortable, and with a nice free breakfast buffet. The only negative was that the room we were originally placed in (room 305, on the top floor), had this piercing noise coming out of the bathroom that continued virtually non-stop. (Imagine a loud, high-pitched noise).... More

Pretty crummy. Yeah, it's a business droid hotel, and pretty low on the frills, so it's expected to be pretty crummy. But what literally makes me feel a touch ill when I'm there is that it's a horridly over-fragranced, chemical smelling mess of a place, as if Mr. Clean and Ms. Overscentedairfreshener had an tryst here. Not recommended.

Stayed 3 nights in September 2014. Actually cancelled another hotel and extended our stay because it was so nice. Rooms were modern, large and very very clean. I liked the separate living room/kitchenette area since I stay up later than my husband. TVs in both rooms. Beds were really comfortable. Front desk staff was amazingly accommodating. Breakfast had a great... More

Here for one night to visit Salem. This place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The employees were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was above average, and the gym was top notch (all life fitness machines). We had the 2 bedroom suite which had a small living room and kitchenette. Hotel is in a great location close to the... More

We were so happy with our stay at the Hyatt. Our room was clean and well kept, beds were comfortable, having a separate living space and a kitchenette was a plus. This hotel is close to shopping and a few restaurants. The staff here, very nice and helpful. This is a perfect, perfect location if u want to visit Boston.... More
