Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in October. Rooms are very big, clean and have everything you need (including a fridge and a cooker). The only negative with the room was the shower had a fixed head. Breakfast was okay nothing amazing but does the job. All staff I spoke to were extremely friendly which is always a plus.

I stayed here on a Saturday night and the staff was very friendly, they let us check in early. The room was clean and the kitchen was stocked with silverware, cups, and plates. The living room and kitchen were a little outdated, but not dirty. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean. This hotel is also less than 5... More

I recently stayed in the Hyatt House for the second time. It's a convenient hotel, reasonably comfortable, and with a nice free breakfast buffet. The only negative was that the room we were originally placed in (room 305, on the top floor), had this piercing noise coming out of the bathroom that continued virtually non-stop. (Imagine a loud, high-pitched noise).... More

Pretty crummy. Yeah, it's a business droid hotel, and pretty low on the frills, so it's expected to be pretty crummy. But what literally makes me feel a touch ill when I'm there is that it's a horridly over-fragranced, chemical smelling mess of a place, as if Mr. Clean and Ms. Overscentedairfreshener had an tryst here. Not recommended.

Stayed 3 nights in September 2014. Actually cancelled another hotel and extended our stay because it was so nice. Rooms were modern, large and very very clean. I liked the separate living room/kitchenette area since I stay up later than my husband. TVs in both rooms. Beds were really comfortable. Front desk staff was amazingly accommodating. Breakfast had a great... More

Here for one night to visit Salem. This place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The employees were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was above average, and the gym was top notch (all life fitness machines). We had the 2 bedroom suite which had a small living room and kitchenette. Hotel is in a great location close to the... More

We were so happy with our stay at the Hyatt. Our room was clean and well kept, beds were comfortable, having a separate living space and a kitchenette was a plus. This hotel is close to shopping and a few restaurants. The staff here, very nice and helpful. This is a perfect, perfect location if u want to visit Boston.... More

Beautiful rooms. Extremely clean. Wonderful beds with plenty of pillows. Best breakfast of our trip. The custom omelet was the best I've every had. Great customer service. We were visiting the Boston Freedom Trail and this was well worth the drive.

We had a family wedding in Boston and with prices being what they are on a holiday weekend we had to look nearby. I happened upon the Hyatt House, Burlingtn which is about a 25 minute ride to downtown Boston without traffic. There is a nearby metro but we drove into town. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The... More

We decided to stay at Hyatt House Burlington instead of downtown Boston and we're glad we did. When we arrived, plenty of free parking and there're shopping places and restaurant near by. At check in, front desk lady was very friendly and informative. We had two bedrooms suite with king beds and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was... More
