An unforgiving manager who would not refund the cost of the hotel even though the reservation was made 5 minutes prior because of policy. I am confident that this individual has not learned the finer tools of customer service. I encourage all travelers to be cautioned in choosing this hotel. more

Stayed here just one night. The girls at check in were very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy, the hotel clean. The kids really liked the indoor pool.
