Captain Freeman Inn was more than we expected with top notch service, delicious breakfast, a large air conditioned room, a jacuzzi tub, and an appealing swimming pool with a beautifully landscaped yard. The Inn is just about a half mile walk to a local beach and within short driving distance to many other beaches on the cape! We had an... More

We had a great time on Cape Cod thanks in part to Captain Freeman Inn. Clean and beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, afternoon snacks and complimentary sherry! Just a short walk from one of the best beaches on the cape. I tried to think of something negative to say for constructive criticism but I really can't!

We chose this Inn as we wanted to bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail and it is close (15 minute walk) to the bike rental shop and a trail access point. The Captain Freeman Inn turned out to be a true hidden gem. Wonderfully restored and decorated, it exudes country charm. The Inn is situated in a beautiful spot, a... More

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Captain Freeman's Inn and had a wonderful time. The service provided by Donna, Byron and Harrison was amazing. They really go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The inn is well maintained and was very clean. And I must say the breakfast was incredible. If you are... More

This was my first trip to Cape Cod and the Captain Freeman Inn made it a magical experience! The inn is so beautiful from the formal parlor to the breakfast and tea room. The breakfasts were truly gourmet! The creme brûlée French toast is a dish I'll always remember. Both Byron and Donna are incredibly helpful suggesting restaurants and things... More

We stayed at the Captain Freeman Inn on a warm spring weekend in May. Slept with the windows open for the first time all year, and loved the distant sound of the shore, the birds singing, and waking to the gentle church bells across the street. This was our 4th stay at the Captain Freeman Inn, and it just keeps... More

My wife and I just finished a 4-night stay at the Captain Freeman Inn, in the Barnstable Room. This is a very nice place; clean, cozy and quiet. The room is nice and one thing we appreciated about it was the little enclosed porch. Not that we sat out there much but it's all windows which let a lot of... More

My husband and I decided to book the Captain Freeman Inn for our honeymoon and after the initial phone call we knew we had made the right decision! Byron was warm and welcoming on the phone when we called with inquiries and every follow up call we made over the last year has been exactly the same! Byron and Donna... More

We spent another weekend at this wonderful Inn after last year's stay, you really feel this is "Home away from Home"! Very high quality, attention to detail, quiet, the perfect place to relax. Excellent 3 course breakfast with the right portions, not too much so that you feel too full to move, just the right portions, very delicious and wonderful... More

We had a 4 day getaway in Brewster this April vacation and the best part was our visit to the Captain Freeman Inn. This is truly a high quality bed and breakfast from the moment you are greeted with fresh flowers and truffles to the 3 course breakfast every morning. Quality, attention to detail, quiet, and the spirit of service... More
