We booked online and arrvied at the Inn later that day. It smelled of Mildew and my friend, who suffers from allergies and scent sensivities just couldn't stay here. We asked for our money back and were refused. We asked for half our money back and were refused. We were shown an alternative room which was very dark and very... More

We are always disappointed and sorry if a guest is not happy. I bent over backwards to try to satisfy them. These ladies did not really want to stay in Brewster. When they checked in they asked how far Provincetown was. After I told them 45 mins, they said oh that's too far. One of the women seemed to be... More

Great location right on 6A. Debbie made a great breakfast and was very helpful with suggestions as to what to do. Clean room and bathroom. Near shopping, beaches, restaurants and lots of antique shopping on 6A. Very near the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History. I recommend this B & B.

The owner is a perfectly friendly and helpful host. She gives very good suggestion what to do on the Cape and is always eager to care about the guests. We enjoyed the chats with her and the other guests at the breakfast table. The room and the bathroom are very clean and decorated in an historic style. The location directly... More

My husband and I decided at the last minute to stay here this past Labor Day weekend. I wanted to leave as soon as we got there. Debbie was rude at first the dining area uninviting, the parlor stunk of mildew which permeated the entire house. Our room stunk. The towels stunk of mildew, My husband killed two spiders above... We are disappointed by this feedback. We try very hard to provide a nice atmosphere with good freshly made breakfasts and provide guests lots of suggestions on places to visit and dine. Not sure what exactly bothered her at check in, but they arrived from the beach and we explained nicely that we try to keep the sand out of... More

We stayed here for 3 nights for a nearby June wedding . The Cherry Bedroom was very clean and beautifully furnished with elegant antiques . The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The innkeeper was kind and helpful. Being able to have breakfast without having to go out was a plus.

During our visit we stayed in this B'n'B hotel and I can't say anything wrong about the hotel or his owner. It's a cozy clean place and we lived in a beautiful room approprietely designed for couples... More

I guess on the Cape you don't have to try too hard, there's always going to be demand for accommodation, but this place is beginning to fall behind the high standards that are being set by some bed and breakfast venues in New England. Needs a bit of a refresh and a tidy to justify the price.

We changed our cleaning staff for 2014 season. We have been doing some interior painting each winter/spring before the summer season. We did quite a bit more before the 2014 season and will do more each year. We also did some siding and shingle replacement before the 2014 season. More

The Pepper House is the reason people choose to stay at a B&B. A beautiful room, great porch to relax on, a large deck to enjoy breakfast and most of all a host and guest that enjoy conversation. If you enjoy staying at historic homes, this is for you.
