We spend 4 nights at the Sheraton in Braintree to visit Boston. The Hotel is near a shoping mall and few restaurant are walking distance right next to the mall. Rooms where nice and bed comfy. I requested a mini fridge when I booked the room and when I got there they told me it was an extra 10$ a... more

A nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful- they even gave us coupons for the local Macy's when we needed to go and buy my husband a swimsuit!! Room was basic, but clean. Bed was very comfortable. Pool is nice and large and the hot tub was soothing! Food was good and we really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely... more

As a Platinum level Starwood Preferred Guest, I stay at lots of Sheraton hotels. This one is ok, but old from the outside and inside. The rooms are large with typical Sheraton bedding, but the furniture is again old. There is one free computer in the lobby with attached printer. Front desk staff were friendly. The club lounge on the... more

I compared prices on their website and Orbitz's and it ended up being cheaper getting my flight and hotel thru Orbitz. Of course, this doesn't allow you to make any changes to your travel plans without paying hefty fees, so plan before you book! I chose Braintree because it was accessible via the subway ("T"), yet far enough from Boston... more

I have stayed at the Braintree Sheraton many times and most of my visits have been long, up to two weeks. I prefer it over the close by Quincy Marriott because of the location next to the mall (more food options and shopping is one way to kill time) and more personal service, particularly with the shuttle service. Hotel looks... more

The roll out of the Sheraton sweet sleeper beds, as well as the accompanying amenities (check in kiosk, bath products, Internet, etc) make any Sheraton stay a good one. I slept like a baby in this hotel - the room was practically soundproof even though I was by the stairs, and the bed comfortable as always. However, you can start... more

Despite the somewhat confusing mash of architectural styles, I cannot complain about this hotel. I found a rate on the hotel's website of around $100 a night, the staff was helpful and accomodating, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Free access to an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna *(though this last part was undergoing renovations) are not... more

1st of all, I want to say the front desk girls are very sweet. Okay, this hotel is....old!! Our room was "surface cleaned", the remote didn't work, the cobwebs were thick in both the vents in the bathroom and living area, the beds, well, lets say it looked like someone already slept in them! The pool was filled with, lets... more

We stayed at the Braintree Sheraton for one night in December 2007. We were visiting friends in the area and wanted a decent hotel at a decent price. I had passed the Sheraton many times while visiting the Braintree area and was always intrigued by the outside of the hotel, since it is shaped like a castle! When I saw... more

Despite a good location, this property is tired and frayed. The exterior castle motif and dark wood lobby are dark and dated. The rooms have worn furniture and old bathroom fixtures. The breakfast is overpriced and underwhelming. Skip it for newer and better alternatives--unless, of course, you can get a great deal on Priceline. more
