We were visiting with relatives in a south of Boston suburb called Hanson, and this was one of the closest places we could find. It was entirely satisfactory for what it was. The continental breakfast was skimpy and protein-challenged, but the darker roast coffee was good. The management did a good job keeping the place quiet and clean even when... more

We had two nights in the Boston area and were very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast good. It's surpisingly quiet for being in an industrial area. There is a shuttle to the T into Boston, a 20 minute ride. We would definitely stay here again. more

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and have never been disappointed with anything this hotel has to offer. The rooms are always very clean, especially the bathroom, the beds confortable, and you can't beat the wonderful staff. Only disappointment is the in-room coffee maker; coffee is not great, and they don't give you any tea, which is difficult... more

Our family booked two rooms...one with HHilton rewards and the other AAA rate. The hotel ensured that both rooms we near each other and each was clean. The location is great easily accessible from the highway and provides all the necessary local amenities one needs. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and the fitness center and pool were great... more

This stay was an uxexpected one, and I did it as a Hilton reward stay. Despite this, the staff was gracious and accomodating our early(7AM) check in. Even though it was a freebie, we were made to feel welcome. The buffet breakfast was good, all facilities and amenities were clean and in working order. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. When... more

The staff members are friendly, most helpful. This motel exemplifies how much motels have improved in our lifetime. No lights or noises bothered our sleep. The beds were perfect. Above all, the bathroom was clean, without chipped tiles as we have met other places. And, important to us, there was a grab-bar to help us get in and out of... more

Excellent shuttle, typical breakfast with open faced bagels, not one of my favorites. Very close to the highway. Very clean hotel. more

Spent several nights here as a base for exploring the Boston area. Overall, this hotel was a good choice, more affordable than hotels in Boston, but still convenient to all of the Boston attractions via the T. The T stop is not within walking distance, but the hotel provides a shuttle van to any destination withn 4 miles of the... more

We just returned from a multi night stay at Braintree Hampton Inn and were very satisfied with it. The hotel was clean comfortable and the staff helpful. However, the greatest benefit to us was their shuttle to the red train. It made it very easy to explore downtown Boston. We also enjoyed their "to go" breakfast. It contained cereal bar,... more

My husband and I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn when we came to Braintree to visit my Dad. I was very pleased by the service/room/check in. I don't know if it is because I am a HiltonHonors member or not, but it took about ( I'm not kidding) 1 minute from when I said "reservation for ...." to when... more
