This is the old Bourne Bridge hotel, just recently bought and turned into a CHOICE property. Bad choice for CHOICE. This place is in a very convenient location and it, at one time, was a valuable property (restaurant, lounge, expensive pool a la TravelLodge), but the common areas are filthy (The maroon patterned carpet has worn down to a black... more

My husband and I stayed overnight because we had a wedding to go to that was held downstairs in the hotel. Let me start off by saying this place is a NIGHTMARE!!! First of all, they are now taken over by Quality Inn. When we were checking in, we noticed they were doing some remodeling in the room and setting... more

Unbelieveable Nightmare!!!! We checked in April Vacation week on Tue. stayed until Thursday, check out 11:00. Used Hot tub and pool all three days. When we got home, I noticed the children had bumps on their bodies and my youngest all over her face. It's now a week later and it's been nothing but HELL! We all were diagnosed with... more

highly recommend NOT using the Best Western Bourne Bridge accommodation. I had recently made reservations. I had to wait for 30 minutes while the receptionist and manager discussed trapping a mouse in one of the rooms. I was NOT provided any printed information on my reservations, but instead, two confirmation numbers for my two different parties were hastily written on... more

Lets just get right to it. I left my brand new camera in our room when we checked out, when we got home 3 hours later, and called, the camera was no where to be found, the manager told me I was mistaken in thinking I left it there, and since they were all family, no one would have taken... more

I stayed at this hotel. I reserved a room weeks ahead of time for my brothers wedding. When I got there they lost the reservation and the hotel was booked. I had to find another hotel to stay at until the next day when they would have a room available. THEN there was NO tissue in the room. I called... more

I am not sure if the other reviewers travel much, but I must tell you, this place is badly in need of renovations. Oh yes, the toilets do plug up. Then the bathtub has, not kidding, a 2 foot rise to get in. Our tub was originally a jacuzzi, but not now and obviously replaced the original tub that was... more

Very pricey for the accomendations. The rooms were clean, but all the rooms the toilets back up, that's why toilet plungers arefound in every bathroom. The front desk clerks were not very informative about the area. If this place were 40 bucks a day perhaps you can put up with toilet problems. The view of Bourne Bridge at night is... more

I was a guest of a wedding, a member of the bride's family and we were all booked at this hotel. The wedding party probably accounted for 1/2 of the hotels guests. After the reception we all proceded back to the hotel to have cocktails at the bar. First the bartender would not serve me because my state ID was... more

I have stayed at this property several times over the years. Basically, it's halfway between a motel and a hotel. The rates go way up in the summer but that's the Cape for you. The location - right by the Bourne Bridge - is very convenient to anyplace in the Upper Cape area. There's plenty of parking, but if you... more
