A lovely lodge ideal for our 4 day stay at a family wedding. But a kettle and some tea coffee in the rooms would have made it perfect.surrounding golf courses amazing and we spotted deer and ground hogs near our lodge. On site restaurant served great food in a beautiful setting.

We stayed here a month ago and it was great. The rooms were very clean and beds super comfortable. There was a flat screen tv in the room with a ton of channels to graze though and it had an alarm clock I could put my i-pod in. The common room was relaxing with views of the golf course and... More

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding reception at the International. The room was clean, furniture was a little dated but the bed was wonderful!! I can't say enough about the staff, friendly and very helpful would be an under statement. Wonderful setting with golf course views. Better than average continental breakfast with great views and outside terrace... More

I was extremely impressed with the stay. Nice comfortable rooms, great staff and dining and skiing was just a few minutes away. One thing I will say, is that I wish the front desk had a few more "toiletry items", as I forgot my toothpaste and had to head out, but not a huge deal. I would absolutely stay there... More

If you love golf and you love to dine, The International offers the best golf and dining (featuring Chef Joseph Brenner) in this area and there is nothing West of Boston in MA that compares. If you are going just for the rooms and other ammenities a spa etc. This is not the place. There really is no spa or... More

Stayed here on a business trip in 2008. The restaurant was lovely, the food very good, although the menu had no prices in it, and I would have been uncomfortable ordering there if my employer was not paying. The front desk had no complementary toiletries, I mean, NONE, not even a cheap plastic razor. None of that, however, compared to... More

Similar to other posts here, we were disappointed upon arrival. As a matter of fact, my husband didn't want to take the luggage out of our car because, as he said "There's no way this can be the actual hotel..." Unfortunately, it was. No one was there to help with our luggage - or even offered to help. The bathroom... More

Location: Great if you're golfing, in the sticks if you're not. Amenities: I'm not generally picky about decor, but the inside of this joint looks like the set for a student film sequel to The Shining. There's nothing grand or upscale about it; it just looks like a run-down 1970's ski chalet. The hallways are narrow and maze-like. The place... More

We had a nice time, but the hotel part of International is over priced and very out dated and tired... I would never stay again. The owners are milking it for as long as they can... I would tear it down and build a new lodge that compliments the area and the golf. The club house in a separate building... More

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately tearing The Lodge down and building a new facility is not a option. That said, we continue to make improvements to The Lodge and have made many improvements since you were here last. Please come stay with us again and let us make it up to you. Management More

This is a great place to stay as a member of the club; as non-members folks may be somewhat disappointed with the overall experience - it's a private country club destination with one of the two courses open to the public on a limited basis. As a member, given the full privileges of equity membership it's a fantastic place to... More
