I agree with previous reviewers. Poor service and poor front desk. Glad the staff made me feel miserable as well. Their channels print out don't match up to actual channels on TV. Items in the gift shop such as a bottle of water was warm. Just overall unpleasant experience. Hampton Inn down the road is better. More

The only help thats was personable was one bar tender and the lady at the front desk. ALL other help was rude,of no help,did not do what was asked like more towels, extra blanket.Walk ways had not been shoveled it was 11:30 am.
