We stayed at this hotel because it is right across the street from Endicott College where our son goes to school. We mainly stayed for the convenience of the location. We stayed here once and now stay a distance away since the Wylie is way too expensive even with a college discount. The rooms are tiny and there was nothing... More

Average motel in a very beautiful surroundings. You greet by boring, Motel 6 kind of personnel and proceed to the small room. On a Saturday nigh hotel is full of drunken people coming over from the wedding party held in the near by mansion. We had a very disappointing stay. The only bright spot is a coffee shop downstairs who... More

Whether it’s positive or otherwise, we’re always grateful to receive comments from our guests. It’s unfortunate that your stay fell short of your expectations. Our staff is always friendly and willing to assist you whenever needed and your experience was certainly out of character for us. Although the coffee shop downstairs closes after breakfast, complimentary coffee and tea is served... More

My wife and me stayed 2 nights at the Wylie Inn and conference center on Friday and Saturday September 15and 16, 2013.The first night Friday was very quiet and the room on the third floor was clean and spacious. However on most Saturdays the inn caters to Weddings unbeknown to us and we got no sleep at all on Saturday... More

The Wylie Inn has a convenient, quiet location in Beverly. Our welcome, after a delayed flight, was rather brusque, but the staff the next day were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. A bedside table on both sides would be sensible. We had a very good breakfast from the cafe. It is nice that you can walk... More

Booked through priceline and got a handicapped shower room, only complaint. It's about 2 miles north east of Beverly center through some windy roads. It's a great option for those looking to stay north of the Boston area. Salem is a 10-15 minute ride south over the bridge and the downtown of Beverly had some great looking restaurants. I didn't... Clean rooms and kind staff. Thin, THIN walls...every time someone open or shut a door we heard it and we could hear housekeeping making the rounds in the morning. We were celebrating my birthday and would have loved to sleep in each morning but the noise made it impossible. The fountain cafe, the restaurant in the hotel, was expensive and... More

We stayed here one night on way back to Boston. Over $200 for a tiny room. The corridors smell of damp on ground floor. The elevator certificate was months put of date. Elevator broke during visit and there was no sign to direct you to stairs. Would not stay here again.

We offer our deepest apologies that your experience at our hotel was not everything you hoped for. We’ve just completed a renovation of all new carpet in the hallways and guest rooms, along with fresh paint in all the rooms and new window treatments. The damp smell may be from the new carpet. The elevator receives monthly maintenance, and the... More

I stayed at the Inn for 4 nights in order to attend an educators conference. Meals were excellent with a wide variety of food choices daily. The conference center was nicely layed out with small and larger rooms for group/individual meetings. Coffee, tea, and snacks were readily available throughout the center. I would recommend a shuttle service as we ended... More

New hotel with very quiet surroundings. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very well appointed, the parking was ample. There is nothing bad about this place that I could find. Take the trip to Ipswich for the best fried clams in the world!
