No hospitality (although that's what they teach at the college). Parking lot basement room@200$!. Bed barely made. Towels still where we put them when we left in the morning. Strange smell. Smallisch room. Totally overpriced! Not much more to say

We were visiting Salem and found the hotels around the historic district were pricey in October. I read a review on Trip Advisor that a man paid $180 for his room. We bid on Priceline and got a room for $68 on a Thursday night. The rooms were very clean and, yes, they were small. I had gone on Trip... More

What an overpriced pompous place this is to stay. The room was clean very small more closet like. I was extremely disappointed paying that kind of money. The redeeming factor is it is close to campus parking was horrible really for 180 dollars a night could I get parking with that heck it should come with tuition

Homecoming weekend is always an exciting time on campus, and it’s wonderful that you visited the college at this time. It’s unfortunate that your experience with us for this event was not as satisfying as it should have been. We are a small inn on the Atlantic Coast, and we apologize if you thought otherwise. Positive or not, we always... More

We choose the Wylie Inn for the beautiful grounds and relatively close location to Boston. It is a little tough to find the site--Bring your GPS! The buildings and grounds are gorgeous. Beautiful fountain in center. A short trail (not accessible) runs from the complex down to the small bay, but you can't see the ocean from the hotel. It... More

The Cape Cod National Seashore is a sight to see when visiting the Boston area, and we’re glad that you had an opportunity to take a scenic walk to our private cove. It’s also great to hear that our property’s grounds were a highlight of your stay. However, we’re disappointed to discover that the service you received was not up... More

A little hard to find but this was a nice hotel located in a quiet area. The front desk staff was very friendly and gave us good tips and recommendations. The only thing lacking was a free breakfast although the paid breakfast in their dining room was very good.

The only bad thing was the initial greeting from the man at the front desk (Aug. 27 about 9:30pm). I felt very uncomfortable with the way he greeted us almost as though we shouldn't have come in to bother him. After that being said it gets better from there. The room and resort was extremely clean! The TV was very... More

We stayed here for a four day conference. Travelling from the UK I arrived on the Sunday and our sessions were due to start on the Tuesday. What with the jetlag etc I took the Monday as a day to work from my hotel room however unfortunately, when it got to lunch time there wasn't anywhere to get lunch. This... More

Unique location and extremely well managed small hotel. Really clean. Friendly staff. Accommodations very comfortable. Previous TripAdvisor reviews highlight small room size. Yes, they are small. However, given the exceptional level of cleanliness and individual attention from staff, I still believe this is a great hotel, and I would recommend it highly.

We spent only 9 hours there but it was very nice and neat. Staff people are friendly and lobby area is clean. We took a short walk and we were at the beach. I don't think is good for bathing but it felt great to touch the sand and to feel the ocean. We really recommend it.

We stayed here one night because all locations for our Cape Ann destinations (Rockport, Gloucester, Newburyport) were either booked or required a 2 night minimum stay over the weekend, and we had only one night in the area as we headed north up the coast. Our king room was large and comfortable, with a refrigerator and a room safe. We... More
