I stayed at the Inn with my sister-in-law to experience our first Halloween in Salem, we did not foresee the difficulty we would have trying to get a cab to Salem (on one of the busiest nights). The desk clerk tried to get us a cab 3 times and was unable to get a cab to commit. We were going... More

My daughter and I were in the area to visit a college (not Endicott where this hotel is located). Got a good rate on this hotel through the college. The room was very nice, though it seems like they have only queen beds. They had, as another person mentioned, had a flood a couple of days earlier. But they did... More

Visiting prospective colleges with your daughter must be an exciting time for your family! We’re happy that you had a satisfying experience with us, despite the impact of nor’ easter that hit us a few days prior. In addition to the greenery that our property has to offer, the Wylie Inn and Conference Center at Endicott College offers a scenic... More

Our room was a little small, but I've never stayed in a hotel room that was quieter than the Wylie Inn! We were on the third floor. My husband and I slept for 9 hours. Unheard of for us. We didn't hear people in the hallway or any doors slamming. We did eat dinner in the restaurant at the hotel... More

We stayed at the Inn to attend a friend's party in the area. The location was perfect for us. The room was small but adequate and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not eat at the facility, very limited choices but we did find some great restaurants in the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, October 24&25. Upon check in, I was told that my room had no heat due to a major storm that occurred two days prior. The person checking me in did offer to help me find another hotel- however it was 8pm and after a very long drive and I was not... More

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize that your experience with us was not everything you were hoping for. Prior to your visit, a massive nor'easter hit the North Shore area, which devastated our town and caused a lot of damage to our local electrical grid, roads, and to some of the homes of our employees. Because of the severity of... More

No hospitality (although that's what they teach at the college). Parking lot basement room@200$!. Bed barely made. Towels still where we put them when we left in the morning. Strange smell. Smallisch room. Totally overpriced! Not much more to say

We were visiting Salem and found the hotels around the historic district were pricey in October. I read a review on Trip Advisor that a man paid $180 for his room. We bid on Priceline and got a room for $68 on a Thursday night. The rooms were very clean and, yes, they were small. I had gone on Trip... More

What an overpriced pompous place this is to stay. The room was clean very small more closet like. I was extremely disappointed paying that kind of money. The redeeming factor is it is close to campus parking was horrible really for 180 dollars a night could I get parking with that heck it should come with tuition

Homecoming weekend is always an exciting time on campus, and it’s wonderful that you visited the college at this time. It’s unfortunate that your experience with us for this event was not as satisfying as it should have been. We are a small inn on the Atlantic Coast, and we apologize if you thought otherwise. Positive or not, we always... More

We choose the Wylie Inn for the beautiful grounds and relatively close location to Boston. It is a little tough to find the site--Bring your GPS! The buildings and grounds are gorgeous. Beautiful fountain in center. A short trail (not accessible) runs from the complex down to the small bay, but you can't see the ocean from the hotel. It... More

A little hard to find but this was a nice hotel located in a quiet area. The front desk staff was very friendly and gave us good tips and recommendations. The only thing lacking was a free breakfast although the paid breakfast in their dining room was very good.
