Thank you very much for the great review! I would suggest that you ask for a room near the satellite entrance. This entrance divides the building in half. Just stayed and had a great comfortable room. Service overall was great, except for the bar area. Was there on a Monday night and there appeared to be one server for a very crowded area. Otherwise, hotel was great and front desk staff was top notch going out of their way to be helpful!

The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from check-in to departure. Service was responsive and quick. The pool and spa were clean, uncrowded and newly renovated. The room was comfortable, clean, well kept...and QUIET. The breakfast was amazing. We stayed for New Years Eve and had a memorable beginning to the new year.

Stayed at the Doubletree Bedford Glen over New Years Eve weekend. Wonderful service, very attentive staff. Bar area with a fireplace was lovely, spent most of the weekend there reading and eating while my husband watched football!! Very relaxing and cozy hotel. Dining room served amazing gourmet food, really yummy!! Will go back for Valentines Day weekend, the perfect retreat.

Pretty much average across the board at their price point, three levels and a circular layout ensure you can do a lot of walking to your room. The carpeting and corridors need replacing and updating. Old and dingy would be my description.

I stayed here for a Holiday Party and the event was wonderful! The staff was great as well as the food was scrumptious! The only complaint was that when we ordered a few night caps the bartender assumed to put it on the room eventhough we paid with another payment...everything worked out in the end.
