The lobby and public spaces are dated, yet don't let that deter from staying here. When we arrived the hotel was using temporary tarp signage which was a little off-putting as well. We checked into our room and it smelled musty and the AC was off. If you look at my other reviews you'll see I have a serious enjoyment... More

The room was dirty and smelt musk. It was hot when we walked in, the outlets had black stuff all over it. The shower was by far the WORST shower I have ever taken in my life, and I've been to Afghanistan. By the time I got out the shower, the tub was filled up half way up my leg.... More

Don't know where to start, there was so much bad here. Please see the pics for proof. Start with a toilet bowl that had not seen a brush or cleaner/sanitizer in weeks, maybe months - brown bowl from waterline down. Then some black slime came up from the tub drain and coated 1/3 of tub bottom, it would not rinse... More

Im a truck driver and needed a room for the night, i used trivago to find a room near me and this was the top of the list. The rooms are clean and pretty good for what you pay. The showers need updating. There is a good restaurant on site (Northern Lights). Service is great and prices are fare. I... More

Rooms were in very good shape, was a good deal for the price. The hotel as a whole is pretty run down, the lobby is pretty dark, and empty with a dirty carpet. The staff is very nice, but the place seems understaffed. The location is very convenient, right off the exit off I-83.

Came here to attend conference. Not all rooms have internet access. Had to change rooms. Breakfast consisted of Danish and coffee only. Lunch consisted of soggy lettuce subs. Didn't have enough tables, chairs for everyone and without seating had to beg to be served with much resistance. No shampoo, conditioner, or coffee in room. Front desk claimed they "ran out".... After reading all the reviews, I was a bit scared to check into the hotel. But I had no choice but to book because other hotels were sold out for those days or too expensive. Upon walking in, it didn't look as bad as people on the reviews were describing it to look. It looks nice. I checked into my... More

I booked this hotel on Priceline using the "name your price" function. Historically when I've done this or this area, I've been very pleased with the hotels that accepted my offer (downtown Towson locations, known names). While the Plaza served my purpose (in town for Goucher graduation), I wouldn't seek it out, unlike the others. The hotel is rebranding from... More

The smell is what hits you as soon as you walk in. Very old and dirty as well. The toilet would continue to get stopped up. Seems like it was built in the 70's and never updated since. Would not stay here again. Cost was also too much for what you got.

Hotel was very busy with a convention. Finding our room was an an adventure as there are multiple elevators for the various wings, but no identification on them, then once you reach your floor, there are no markings to direct you toward your room. We found the room by going part way down each corridor to.see which way the numbers... More
