We went at the last minute to Antrim to celebrate our March anniversary--were offered the Ice House as a room-never having gone in, I went on line and looked--it was so different from the Mansion rooms yet as elegant and beautifully decorated, we decided to give it a try. I am now looking forward to going again in June when... More

We celebrated my wife's birthday here with an overnight stay and dinner. Every minute of our stay was flawlessly executed.....from arrival to departure. This historic property has been exceptionally well restored and maintained. The food was terrific. And if it is possible, the entire staff exceeded both. The complimentary afternoon high tea and pre-dinner hors deurves were special reminders for... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here last weekend for a friend's wedding. What a beautiful venue! The garden fountains and gazebos are like out of a bridal magazine. We stayed on the very top floor of the mansion in the Ryan room- i was stunned by how large it was for such an old inn! The canopy bed was perfect... More

We booked a stay with friends to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday and loved every part of our trip. We booked the Winfield Scott room in the Slonaker House which was spacious and airy, and we liked our room better than the Abraham Lincoln or Rheindollar room which our friends were in. We arrived early enough to check in and... More

For the past 4 years we have spent my husband's birthday at Antrim with various couples. The Grant room, the Ice House and the Bouchard room were all well appointed and took one back to the time of Grant and Lee. A mansion not far from Gettysburg , Antrim has old time splendor non existent in most hotels today.

My husband and I decided to take a weekend away and experience the Antrim 1844 -- the Country Inn was a 40 minute drive from our home and was well worth the time spent. The Mansion House is gorgeous --everything you'd expect from a restored historical property. There's always someone at the Reservation Desk: you check in at the Mansion... More

This was our second visit to Antrim and we arrived in the middle of a snow storm and freezing temperatures. We were greeted comfortably, if not exactly warmly, by the front desk. Our luggage was carried up to our room and as we were having diner that night we settled in for the afternoon. Our room was large and spacious... More

We went on our three hour drive to Taneytown, MD. We were going to spend time with two other couples once we checked it. First may I say this place is beautiful well worth the drive. The rooms are very clean and romantic. Every public room of the inn was well cared for too. We all bought the winter package... More

I planned an early Valentine getaway for my husband and myself at this beautiful "Country Inn". We were not disappointed. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The room was luxurious, the service was impeccable and the staff very thoughtful and most willing to help with any and every request. Treat yourself to a special night at the Antrim. You... More

My husband and I have stayed at this inn many times as well as having our wedding and reception held there a few years ago. The mansion was beautifully decorated and everything seemed to go off without a hitch. We always rave to all our friends as to how wonderful this place is. We returned for Valentines Day to once...
