Just spent 2 great days at this elegant and charming inn.The food and service were beyond our expectations.New Year's Eve festivities included piano music during dinner,a DJ for dancing and bagpipers at midnight. In addition to the main inn there are several buildings on the property that contain rooms and suites to choose from. The inn is a popular spot for weddings... This was our second stay at Antrim 1844. The first visit was delightful and we so wanted to come back and enjoy the Inn again. As with our first visit, we feel that the standard of service is the bar that all other B&Bs should aspire to. From the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave,... More

Our business conference succeeded because the Antrim staff took great care of us. We will go there again. The service was most professional and the food was incredible. My only suggestions would be to address the overly firm mattress and road noise.

We have stayed at the Antrim Inn on many occasions; and, as usual, this one did not disappoint. We stayed in the Buffington Room and enjoyed a wonderful getaway trip. The Pickwick Pub is always a great place to watch people coming and going - and the fireplace is fantastic. We had dinner at the restaurant, which is an experience... More

I booked the winter escape package to surprise my husband as a "last Xmas/Hannukah" adventure. It was lovely. The elegance is warm and beautiful: we arrived and checked in at 3, missed tea at 4 , read on plush couches beside the giant Xmas trees till 7 when there were passed hor oeuvres. At 7:30 we went down to the... More

My husband and I spent a couple days here just before Christmas to celebrate our anniversary. It was wonderful! We were greeted by beautiful Christmas greenery outside and a huge sleigh and Santa on the porch of the main house. The decor inside of magnificent! Wreaths and ribbons and fresh greenery, as well and REAL Christmas trees made this so... More

I had the pleasure of spending Valentine's Day weekend 2014 here. I actually just tried to book again, and found it was totally booked. No surprise! It was such a nice getaway, an opportunity to cozy up by a fire and enjoy hot cider with my boyfriend. We were by far the youngest couple there (early 20s), but we didn't... More

This hotel seems to be very popular for weddings/receptions. During my entire stay, there was always a reception of some sort taking place on the lower level of the main house. If your room is in the main house, it can get quite loud. The room itself was nice although there was no TV and the bathroom was a bit... More

I took my best friend for her birthday to spend the night and the six course meal. When we arrived, we were told they were short on help and that there were a few parties ahead of us to be shown to their rooms. I wanted to make the best of it and not stress and said it was fine... More

From the Historic architecture to the formal gardens this place has it all for Victorian enthusiasts. The rooms are period correct and the service is impeccable! A meal in the restaurant is sublime....Chef Spenser Wolf does magic in the kitchen. The wine list is exceptional!
