Spent two nights at Carmel Cove Inn with two other couples to celebrate the New Year with snowy hikes and good food. The Inn lives up to its reviews. Its nicely decorated, clean and the breakfast is delicious. The innkeeper is helpful but not intrusive. We loved the common room with always available wine and beer and nightly snacks. It... More

After much contemplation on where to stay at Deep Creek, we decided on Carmel Cove. The choice was good. When we arrived, we had a split of champagne, along with two chocolate covered cherries, to celebrate my birthday. Our room was large with a gas fireplace. Each room at the inn is individually decorated. Be sure to check them out... More

My husband and I stayed at Carmel Cove this past weekend. It was a wonderful getaway. The innkeeper Mary showed us the facility when we arrived and was extremely gracious and accommodating. You can tell that she truly takes pride in what she does. We stayed in a "premiere" suite which is a little pricier but worth it for the... More

We stayed 2 nights at Carmel Cove Inn for the first time at the end of July. The Inn had many thoughtful touches for guests and details were not overlooked. Mary and her son were exceptional hosts. The breakfast meals were excellent and a very pleasant surprise. In the very nice common area complimentary snacks, beer and wine at cocktail... More

This is our second visit to Carmel Cove and everything exceeded our expectations, again! The exceptional attention to detail from the amenities like the food, drinks and snacks made for a fabulous and relaxing weekend. Our room, number 9, is beautifully appointed with a cozy bed and memory foam pad which ensured two nights of good sleep. The grounds are... More

I would first like to say that I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. We were greeted by Mary, who made us feel right at home. Once we got the tour, we arrived to our room with a surprise of champagne and a birthday message.... More

Our stay here was just wonderful. Mary is ever present, but not intrusive, and makes every effort to provide what you want or need. The location is quiet and private but near to the main hub of activities of the area. We had a terrace room which we enjoyed very much, but if we go in the cooler months, we'd... More

The inn was very homey and we felt comfortable right away. It is very quiet there and Mary is very nice and informative (plus she is from Pittsburgh!). You are not right on the lake, but it is a nice walk down to it, and they do provide canoes and paddle boat, and bikes. Breakfast was great and they have... More

Mary made us feel right at home, breakfast was a wonderful experience. The B& B was inviting, cozy, relaxing and a place that my husband would go back to again and again. We would recommend it to all our friends and family's.

The inn was beautiful. It's quiet, charming, and wonderful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The actual inn is super cute. Mary, the inn-keeper, was so hospitable and kind and made sure we felt welcomed. There are bikes, kayaks, and canoes to use at your leisure. Mary made a fire every night with marshmallows for roasting. The main lobby has... More
