The inn is cute and quaint and the location can't be beat. However, I don't think it was worth the $250 (with tax) we spent each night. The first night, we were unable to sleep in our reserved room due to construction and were given a room that was not water-view. The room we were moved to had only been... more

Thanks you very much for your observations about your stay at Kent Manor Inn. We are long time owners of this lovely Inn and constructive criticism is very helpful as we always seek to improve this historic building. As you observed, there are some improvements which need to be accomplished but we do the best we can considering the pressures...

I had been on the Inn's mailing list for a couple of years and finally had the opportunity to book a staff retreat here in mid April. I was more than pleased with the setting, the accomodating staff, diverse group menu selections and the comfortable guest and meeting rooms. Thank you all at Kent Manor for contributing to a memorable... more

My organization just got back from a staff retreat from this location-Ken Manor Inn and Restaurant. The location and customer service was just wonderful. It was quiet and I felt like I was staying over at a beautiful friend's mansion home, not at your ordinary box like room from the other more current hotels. Each room is unique. I know... more

My wife and I used this Inn for our wedding. We, along with several family members stayed overnight at the Inn both before and after the wedding ceremony. Overall the stay was alright, but we had several unacceptable occurances. A letter of complaint was given to the Inn during the week immediately following the wedding, and we never even got... more

This supposed quiet and comfortable inn was the complete opposite of my esteemed expectations. To start the check in chick was lazy and rude. The room was simply miserable looking the bathroom was disgusting worse then some rundown motels i've stayed in. The food tasted amazing my dishes were sparkling clean my service on the other hand was rather slow... more

The management team of the Inn is most distressed by this review. The evening that is mentioned in this review was a sold out night with ALL 24 of our guest rooms in use by the wedding party and their guests. We followed up with the Bride and all of her guests were very happy with their accommodations. This review...

The 11th Company, Class of 1967 from the US Naval Academy recently held our 40th reunion. Since I had previously stayed at Kent Manor for a business offsite conference; I thought of them as a place our Company could stay in a home-like atmosphere, maximize our visiting, and catch up on old times. And be close to the Naval Academy.... more

My company was looking for a meeting site that provided the following criteria; private location, easy access to an airport, high quality and creative food service and the ability for our group to be the only guests for the duration of our stay. The Kent Manor Inn fit the bill perfectly. We booked all the 24 guest rooms for a... more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kent Manor Inn! As a resident of Stevensville for nearly 20 years I have had the good fortune of attending several different types of events there as well as staying in the Inn several times a year. The staff is like a big family that makes you feel welcomed in "their" home. They... more

We'd booked a 'bridal suite' for my sister's wedding weekend. The plan was to have us stay with her on Friday, get ready in the 'suite' on Saturday and she'd stay with her new husband there Saturday night. The reality of the 'suite' was a dirty 3rd floor walk up with mold on the windows, ripped window treatment, no closet... more

As the Inn was built in 1820, there is not an elevator; hence the need to use the grand staircase to reach the second and third floors. Many of the guest rooms do not have closets as this was the custom in construction at the time. We do have hooks with hangers mounted on the walls to hang one's clothing....

During the month of September I held a business meeting at the Kent Manor Inn. This location is just beautiful a great place for a meeting or wedding. The food was awesome and the staff was very professional when we arrived. The attendees at this meeting had great comments about the whole experience. The view of the water, leaves beginning... more
