Room was comfortable, well-furnished, everything worked well -- AC, plumbing, cable TV -- all those things that are sometimes quirky in B&Bs. Facility is on the water, with a pier. Innkeeper (Carol) is personable, very helpful, made dinner reservations for us at a great restaurant.
