Young clerk who checked me in was talking the whole time with someone in the next room, not paying much attention to my questions. No hot water upon awakening and a dozen bedbug bites. I should have suspected something when checking in I saw some mattresses by the dumpster.

No continental breakfast (Hotels.com lied about that), no ice makers working, air conditioner with 2 settings (Yukon, off), iffy locks, shady inhabitants, and 6 hour open pool (2PM-8PM). Look, save yourself a nightmare and stay next door at Days Inn. Hotels.com also lied about the price they charged me (15% off became 0% off when charged). My daughter and I... More

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. We were looking for a place outside of DC for just one night's stay. We arrived early, and luckily, they let us check in early. Heading to our room, we walked thru a corridor that smelled like urine, and as we got into our room, we immediately wanted to leave!... More

My boyfriend and I were attending a conference in DC and looking for a hotel outside of the city to save some money. This one was great! I was a little weary because it's small and in between these new high-rise apartments but it was fine. There's a Subway attached to it and it's about a 5-10 minute walk from... More

Bed was full of bugs. The bugs even came crawling out while the lights were still on!! All the bugs I crushed were filled with blood. Manager did not even want to refund after I left hotel the same night! Filthy and also noisy!

This place is convenient enough but looked a little rough from the outside. The inside was much worse...shoddy repairs and electrical wiring that is clearly not within building code scared me a little.

DO NOT book this dump. This is a disgusting motel. There was mold on the carpet beneath the sink, the place stank, the walls were filthy, leaving the dark carpet's status to our (oh, icky) imaginations. The first room we were given (supposedly handicap accessible,) had holes in the curtains and absolutely no space to accomodate a wheel-chair or walker. On... More

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Having family visiting from out of the country and flying out from Dulles, we decided to stay closer to D.C., big mistake! Upon getting out of the car, there was a distinct "garbage" smell. Entering the room, I immediately noticed a very stale odor; namely cigarettes and mold. The floor... More

I booked this hotel at the last minute because it was close to where I needed to go. From the web site, it looked like the standard Travelodge, nothing fancy, but decent, and affordable. The first clue was the full glass covering the check in desk with just a small slit in it. The first room was dingy, poor TV,... More

Booked this hotel thinking it was close to the metro for washington centre and to save money on the hotels nearer to the centre. We turned up around 9pm and nobody was on reception. I knocked on the office door and still no reply. Then a receptionist turned up behind the bullet-proof glass and gave us our room key. There... More
