I reserved my room here for two nights, but after the first night, I left and stayed elsewhere, even though I knew I wouldn't get my money back. I could not stand to spend another night in the room. First of all, there were bedbugs in my bed. That is creepy. Unfortunately, I had reserved this room through an online... more

Stayed at this hotel over the long July 4th weekend. Visited Ocean City, Maryland but all of their lodgings were fully booked. This hotel is located about 25 miles outside of OC, which was a solid 45+ min drive away. Other than the location, (far from our ultimate destination, not much to eat or do in immediate area) the hotel... more

We ended up at Best Western because we couldn't get a room in Ocean City. It was only about 20 minutes from Ocean City and the price was less then half the price of the OC motels. The staff was very helpful/friendly. The room was nice. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good too. There was only 1... more

When we walked in the front door, the front desk clerk was horribly rude for no reason at all. She was not welcoming, kind, or helpful. In fact, she was quite aggravating. This was not a good start to a "stressless" week at the beach. The room was alright but there were some cleanliness issues. We only had a roll... more

The beds are so uncomfortable. The beds have a plastic liner on them and the one bed in our room had a cardboard box supporting the middle of the mattress. They moved us into another room that the bed was better but the ceiling was cracking. The rooms are very dark!!! Went to the Hampton Inn down the street for... more

This is the hotel from you know where . I was awaken up around 3:30 in the morning by a bite on my arm. When I cut the light on the bed I was in and the bed next to it were infested with bed bugs. I can not explain the panic I was going through that morning. There was... more

I usually feel confident when choosing a "Choice Hotel" (Best Western, Days Inn, Sleep Inn, etc) when traveling to places I am not familiar with. From my past experience no matter how rural the destination, how crummy the city or how sketchy the surroundings may be these hotels seem to hold up as decent, clean places to stay with good... more

While my wife and I have many positive stories about Best Western properties, this will not be one of them. The motel itself sits in a rather seedy area (next door is a rather rowdy restaurant/bar. We became aware of this as it got later. Also, the room had a faint urine smell that only grew worse as the air... more

My family and I were greeted by a wonderful front desk clerk around 5:30pm. All smiles. The room was horrible. Musty smell. Mold growing on the walls. Not to mention there were cigarette burns and stains on the sheet and blankets. THE LAST STRAW was about 5 roach like bugs hiding under the desk! It made my skin crawl. DISGUSTING!!!!... more

We couldn't even stay here. Our room had mold growing on the lamps, the ceiling and around the mirror. The paint and wallpaper was falling down and it was just gross! We got refunded for our room and drove all the way to virginia beach! They should be allowed to offer a room in that condition to any family! more
