6 of us stayed at this hotel in July and even though the hotel was undergoing major renovations in the Lobby area, our stay was very comfortable. It is close to Ocean City (about 30 minutes drive). Most of the places in this price range are very poor if you decide to stay in OC. Since we were there for... more

I can't say much more, just incredibly, incredibly rude front desk staff. Unwilling to help or answer questions about anything. They took their sweet time while I waited for well over 10 minutes to be acknowledged by them, as if I were waiting at the front desk for my health. Were essentially useless throughout my stay. Will absolutely never come... more

Hotel just converted from a Ramada, which offered terrible service while the hotel was under construction. Hope the rennovated hotel offer better service. Same management though, which is not very customer oriented.. more

They should not be booking rooms while the place is under construction: dirty, dusty, broken security locks in the room and at the side entrance of the hotel, exposed drywall in the rooms, etc. We were told construction would be completed a month before we arrived. The management was not even apologetic about the condition of the hotel. Poor customer... more

I was worried after reading the reviews, but the price was great so I booked it. Had a lovely stay though it was for only one night. Yes, they are renovating, but we arrived after 5 pm and left at 9 am, so we didn't see or hear any of it. The room was spacious and comfortable--bed was great. Breakfast... more

Unless you're into rude staff, horrible customer satisfaction, gross pools, inedible food and prostitution offers in the parking lot, skip this dump. So many other choices in the area. You have been warned! more

Continues to be remodeled but the room was large with micro and fridge. Everything was clean and service people were courteous. Continental breakfast was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Overall it was a great stay. more

I read all of the reviews for this hotel before I made reservations. I have to admit, I was a bit leary about staying here based on the reviews. But I couldn't resist the rates this hotel was offering compared to the exhorbitant prices that were offered in the Ocean City area. All I was looking for was a place... more

I won't go into detail (other reviewers pretty well covered them) about the "old apartment building" smell in the lobby, the general "worn" look of the hotel. I didn't even know that there was a free continental breakfast offered! The service in the restaurant was sooo horrible that after waiting for 45 minutes, we gave up and tried to walk... more
