I can't say much more, just incredibly, incredibly rude front desk staff. Unwilling to help or answer questions about anything. They took their sweet time while I waited for well over 10 minutes to be acknowledged by them, as if I were waiting at the front desk for my health. Were essentially useless throughout my stay. Hotel just converted from a Ramada, which offered terrible service while the hotel was under construction. Hope the rennovated hotel offer better service. Same management though, which is not very customer oriented.. more

They should not be booking rooms while the place is under construction: dirty, dusty, broken security locks in the room and at the side entrance of the hotel, exposed drywall in the rooms, etc. We were told construction would be completed a month before we arrived. Unless you're into rude staff, horrible customer satisfaction, gross pools, inedible food and prostitution offers in the parking lot, skip this dump. So many other choices in the area. You have been warned! more

Continues to be remodeled but the room was large with micro and fridge. Everything was clean and service people were courteous. Continental breakfast was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Overall it was a great stay. more
