Very over priced. Glad spray in the bathrooms. Bay Hundred room you need to walk sideways to get into the bathroom. No closets. Clothes tree. No sitting area in the room or the establishment. ( rain all weekend. no place to gather with friends) Food was dissappointing for a bed and breakfast. more

I was not aware upon booking my reservation that breakfast would be served a block away at the and not at the building I was staying in. The Kemp house is definitely the red-headed stepchild of the Old Brick Inn conglomerate. I assume the rates are cheaper?? The Old Brick Inn is over-priced. My husband and I do not mind paying extra to stay in a nice B & B, but with the extra cost does come higher expectations.
