Helpful people at the front desk. Wait for shuttle to the metro was short as well as pick up once called. No restaurants other than the hotel within walking distance to but the shuttle was available. more

This is not a three star hotel. The front desk support varies from very competent to truly disinterested. The shuttle drivers were excellent.
