Room was clean & comfortable except for the smell of some kind of cleaning fluid or chemical. After a long drive I was ready for a long hot bath to soothe my aching back. They have changed the drains in the tubs so you cannot shut them. The front desk said people would overflow the tubs or use too much... More

We arrived at the motel and were given a second floor, King Bed, non-smoking room, which we had requested. You get the feeling it is a family run hotel and they have limited staff. That said, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Our room had been renovated, was large, and gave a good impression when entering. I... More

First, let me begin, if you are looking for hotel in Princess Anne, MD your choices are very limited either way. This hotel is fine. When we got there the office guy 'upgraded us to a suite with a jacuzzi'..problem (for us) was it was a smoking allowed room. I went back to the desk and told them we could... More

Well this is our first and most probably our last stay here. It wasn't so much the flies .. . .It was "Mr. Patel"'s (as I have heard him referred to in our reviews) response to our issue. Like several others, we also experienced a serious fly issue, both house flies (they gave me a fly swatter at the front... More

Although this was a basic hotel, overall, it was quite nice. I had a friendly greeting from Mr. Patel; the room was large and clean with a nice bathroom; the air-conditioner fan stayed on at all times rather than off and on which can be annoying; the bed was really comfortable. The coffee at breakfast was excellent, but the pastries... More

Good location for exploring this area of southern Maryland. (One of us had business.) Ask for a room in the back (we did)--and 2nd floor. Very quiet. Rooms in front are on the highway (Rte 13). We were on first floor--heard neighbor moving around. If I go back, I'd ask for 2nd floor! Recently redecorated rooms--comfortable and clean. But, NO... More

I stopped in after 10:30pm without a reservation because it was late and weather conditions were getting worse on the way down the Eastern shore towards Hampton Roads, VA. The office was closed but Mr. Patel answered the bell and was able to give me a non-smoking room at a good price. Happily, the room was clean, tidy, maintained, and... More

Bathroom was a little small but the place was clean and it was easy to stay there. Not to far away from food etc. and was quite and nice area. The place was full of hunter due to the opening of the early muzzleloader season so I felt right at home. I will stay there again.

Needed a room for Salisbury University's family weekend. With nothing open closer this was our 1 room/1 day rental. Our room was clean and neat. Very convenient to Rt. 13, and the continental breakfast was just what we needed before heading back to SU.

As another reviewer commented, the location is convenient on 13, and the rooms were clean. There was a family enjoying the pool when we got there, though we did not use it ourselves. We also made use of the mini-fridge and microwave, so that was good. However, the pull-out couch was pretty wretched, and do not count on the "free... More
