We stayed with an extended group for a wedding on the July 4th weekend. The wedding was Sunday 2 PM and the Hotel bent over backward to accomodate early arrivals for most (if not all) of the family. Kim at the front desk was great in her help with this. Rooms were clean, food at the restaurant good, and the... more

Where to begin. Large group staying at a Hilton on a Saturday night for a wedding (somewhere else thankfully)...no big deal- its a Hilton right? The rooms were blocked months in advance and were supposed to be close together w/ a couple connecting rooms for babysitting purposes. On arrival, no connecting rooms and everyone was dispersed throughout the hotel. One... more

Rooms recently renovated. Bathroom was very clean. No blow dryer, fridge or microwave. Free Wi-fi. Bar is decent but slow service. Didn't eat in restaurant. Room service was good and fast! Front desk service is very helpful. Pool is outdoors. more

The housekeeping service at this hotel is horrible. After our first night here, the maid cleaned the room took all the glasses, soap, shampoo, coffee, and never replaced them. called housekeeping and they did nothing. Finally went to the front desk for replacements. Ate breakfast at the restuarant was seated, but no waitress. we finally got up and served ourselves at... more

Housekeeping had not bothered to clean the bathroom in the first room we were given. They gave us a different room, which housekeeping also never showed up to clean. We were gone from 10 am to 10 pm and came back to the room in the same condition we left it. Had to argue in two phone calls with the... more

I live in the Pikesville area and needed a room for the day for my elderly mother as some work was being done in our apartment. I had requested and had been guaranteed an early check-in of 9a.m. When I arrived at the hotel at around 9:15a.m., the desk person said that the room was not ready. I reiterated the... more

i stay at hotels 250/nights per year, and i was pleasantly surprised when i walked in the room: the room (king) was larger than most(and quiet) , the bed was comfortable ,the bathroom was newly renovated, as was the carpet. my only negative in a seven day stay was that the breakfast could have been better. more

I stayed at his hotel due to a business meeting in the area, first of all as soon as you walked into the hotel you can tell thatthey tried to do some renovations but it was more than noticable that the renovations where half done from the floors to the stained ceiling tiles, i checked in and the front office... more

I called to make reservations they told me I would get a king size bed. I was very tired from a business meeting. I got there and I asked for the first floor and received it right away. I opened the door and the rug wasn't vaccuumed and the appearance was similar to that of a motel I stayed in... more

This hotel saved my bacon after another one in the area proved too scary to stay in (see my other reviews for a clue as to which one). I really don't understand why anyone wouldn't want to stay here. It's directly across the street from a Target store, and near a Trader Joes, Barnes and Noble, Subway Sandwich etc. It's... more
